Hello and welcome to this Abundance Gratitude Meditation.

Thank you for spending time with me and for taking time for yourself to do this meditation.

I invite you to find a comfortable position.

I suggest a seated position for this meditation.

You can choose to sit on a floor,

On a cushion,

In any comfortable position,

To lean against a wall or sit on a chair on a sofa where you can keep the back nice and straight,

Upright and have your feet grounded,

The hips released on whatever you're sitting on.

Once you've found your position,

Allow yourself to fully settle in and start looking for stillness here.

Maybe one or the other body part still needs to shift to really be comfortable.

And as much as we're looking for stillness,

Know that you can shift and change position at any time.

If it feels right for you,

After another inhale,

With your exhale,

Allow your eyes to softly close,

Gently.

And with that,

Feel a sense of release,

Settling in,

Relaxing and releasing tension.

I invite you to repeat to yourself two or three times,

I release tension,

I release tension,

I release tension.

Notice possibly some parts of your body softened just a little more.

And from here,

Bring your awareness to your breathing.

Notice how the breath flows in and out softly,

Gently through your nose.

Follow the flow in and out for just a short moment here.

And now,

Flow with your breath inside,

Coming home to your inner world here.

Notice how you feel doing so.

Give yourself a little smile here and then see if you can settle with the awareness at your heart space,

Wherever that exactly is for yourself.

Allow yourself to start feeling a little warmer around that area of your heart.

And through that sensation,

Feel the energy of your heart.

And bring a radiant shade of green,

A light to this area of your body.

Let the energy be whatever shade of green and whichever brightness that feels right for you just now.

Notice how it flows around your area of the heart.

As you breath,

It flows,

Circles,

Grows.

And as you're becoming more and more aware of this energy,

I'd like to invite you to bring a person to mind that you're grateful for to have in your life.

And another one and someone else.

Just let more and more people,

Names pop up in your head that you're grateful to have in your life,

Or to have just met,

Maybe are getting to know.

And even though there might be many more,

Allow yourself to go off this thought of everyone now and bring up situations,

Experiences from your life that you're proud of.

Maybe something recent you did or maybe something from a long time ago.

Give yourself a moment here to bring up some of those situations,

Something that you're proud of,

That you've done,

Said,

Achieved.

And as much as you could continue on here,

Also softly allow yourself to let go of all those proud moments again now.

And next,

I would like to invite you to bring to mind everything that you have,

That you possess.

Maybe think and start with what's around you just now.

Maybe the home you're sitting in and everything in it.

Bring up everything that you're so happy to have and to be able to use daily or just on special occasions.

And then extend this out into nature.

Become aware of your surrounding,

What surrounds you.

Where do you step out into every day?

Anything that brings you happiness or that you might not even be fully aware of,

But what is it that you see once you step outside?

Or what are the places that you go to if you want to be in nature,

If it's not right at your doorstep?

Bring all of those places to mind that you've already been to,

That you still wish to go to.

The places that exist,

Nature that exists.

And slowly,

Also gently,

Softly let that go for now and become fully aware again of the area of your heart.

Maybe it is harder to detect a certain point of this heart energy now as you brought so much of gratitude and abundance to your heart.

And it's all right here.

Maybe it is light,

The energy around your heart is so big it takes up your whole body.

Maybe you can also feel it around you.

It is absolutely limitless.

Let it flow.

Give yourself another moment here to fully bathe and be in that abundance,

The gratitude,

The abundance of everything you have and that is.

And slowly staying with that energy that is completely filling your entire being and your surrounding.

Start to breathe just a little deeper,

Noticing your body.

But see if you can notice and become aware of your body,

The position you're in,

The place you're in,

Without cutting off the energy of gratitude and abundance,

Your heart energy.

And if it seems a little hard to do so just now,

Don't worry about it.

That's fine,

You can come back to and let it grow at any moment again.

For now,

Keep deepening the breath,

Become more and more aware of where you are,

Noises around you.

And when you feel ready,

Very softly,

Gently,

Allow your eyes to open,

Come back.

And allow yourself another moment here with your eyes open,

Fully aware of your heart energy that radiates through you and around you just now.

I invite you to sit with it a little longer,

Send yourself another smile and take it with you into your day.

I'll leave you to it and I hope you have a wonderful day filled with gratitude and abundance.
