I invite you on this journey to explore the power of the ocean flow through this guided meditation.
So wherever you find yourself,
Take the time to get comfortable,
To settle in and receive the gift of this mini retreat.
Relax the shoulders.
Relax the eyelids down.
Become aware of the jaw and the face.
Can you relax that just a little bit more?
Allow the body to feel soft and allow the thoughts going through the mind to start to soften.
Tune into the breath now.
Start to be aware of the breath as it enters through the nose,
Filling the body up and observe how it gently flows out.
Allow the breath to breathe you.
Imagine now that the breath is like a wave.
As you breathe in,
The wave draws in from the shore and you release the breath.
The wave kisses the sand.
Inhale breath.
Wave draws in.
Exhale breath.
Wave kisses the sand.
Staying with this wave-like visualization.
Wave draws in,
Filling up the ocean.
Wave releases out,
Kissing the sand.
Drawing in,
Filling up the whole body with the power of this gentle flow,
This gentle wave.
Each exhale a softening.
Imagining now that you are immersing yourself in this wave.
You now have become this gentle flowing wave,
Breathing in its energy and releasing anything that no longer serves you.
You might like to imagine you're on your favorite beach,
Watching this gentle wave,
Kissing the sand.
That wave is you as it draws in,
Filling its energy up.
Leaving behind the thoughts now.
All the intention now on this flowing breath.
Surrender yourself to the flow of the breath.
The thoughts just melting away.
Nowhere to be,
Nowhere to go.
Just relax and release with that exhale.
Allowing the breath to breathe you,
Allowing the wave of this breath to soften and release.
All the intention now on this flowing breath.
The inhale,
The wave draws in,
The breath draws all the way in.
That release,
Letting go of anything that doesn't serve you.
Softening,
Releasing.
You might like to imagine an area of your body that you would like to focus this flow on.
An area that might feel stuck,
Might need a release.
And on the next inhale breath,
Draw that wave of breath into that area.
Hold and exhale,
Releasing,
Letting anything that needs to move go.
Inhale,
Drawing in to that space.
And exhale,
Releasing,
Letting anything that needs to move go.
Another one like that,
Taking your inhale breath.
Holding.
And then releasing and letting go.
The body softening.
Space being created through each exhale breath.
Anchoring into the breath again.
Allowing the breath to breathe you.
To flow energy in,
Flow energy out.
Coming back in flow.
With your center.
With each inhale drawing in.
With each exhale letting go.
Nowhere to be,
Nowhere to go.
Just completely relax and release and allow the breath to breathe you.
As you flow like the waves of the ocean.
And release and allow the breath to breathe you.
You you Taking two final cleansing breaths taking in the energy of this ocean flow drawing up,
Filling the body up exhaling,
Releasing and letting go one final cleansing breath,
Inhaling exhaling,
Letting go starting to draw the awareness back into this physical space starting to draw the awareness back into your body and when you're ready,
Taking the time to come back into the space a little bit more flow and a little bit more ease Namaste
