Let's greet our bodies by taking a big,

Deep breath in,

Filling the belly,

Ribs and chest with air and letting it go with a sigh.

Again,

Breathing in deeply and letting it go with a sigh,

Sigh,

Letting go of any areas of tension or holding that are not serving you in this moment.

Palms may be facing up or down.

Hands might be clasped,

It doesn't matter as long as it's intentional.

So part of these meditation opportunities is to practice intentional conscious living.

And so here we are in the space of quiet contemplation,

Allowing the moment to arrive as we settle in breath by breath,

Sensation by sensation,

Inhaling deeply,

Letting go of all that does not serve you in this moment,

Every worry,

Every obligation.

As you step into present moment,

Awareness,

Awareness,

Sound rising and falling,

Sound,

A gateway to presence,

Intentional awareness,

Taste,

Noticing the sensation of taste,

Smell,

Stepping into conscious awareness through the experience of smell,

Affirming you can hold all that is here,

All that is here,

Expanding your awareness now,

These five senses experiencing fullness of presence in this unique and precious moment and all is well.

All is well.

All is well.

And as you are ready with no need to rush,

Go ahead and open your eyes,

Experiencing the sensation of seeing,

Looking around,

Taking it in as if you've never seen this view before.
