I am freedom itself. Breathing. Slowing the breath. I remember. Slowing the breath. I slow my mind. For my mind races and runs at times. When it disconnects from me. So I call my mind back onto me here. In the belly. In the heart. Where wisdom and power and love reside. I call my mind back onto me. Releasing it from the outer world for just this moment. That I might remember. Who I am. I breathe in the belly. I sit down comfortably inside my body. I allow my shoulders to soften. My breath to deepen. My hips to relax. My skin to glow. For when I bring my consciousness deep into the core of my being. A concentration of light occurs. This light feels warm. Welcoming. Nurturing. This light I am. Feels whole. Loving. Available. This light I am. Emanates from the surface of my skin. Because I am so full. On the inside. And as I breathe. I emanate. Radiate. And transmit. A frequency of. Possibility. Presence. Potential. In this state I am free. I am freedom itself. Formless energy coming into form. To have an experience. In moments when the outer world. Is filled with discord. Chaos. Question. Concern. I return to this place. And I remember. I am here as the light. To bring the solution. Of love. The universal solvent. Breathe. Slowly. Deeply. And remember. Everything dissolves in love. When the outer world becomes chaotic. It is an opportunity. A beckoning. A calling. It is calling me into. The chaos. As the solution. I am. The unwavering absolute. I am. Truth. Light. And love. I am. Here. As creative. Source. Itself. Breathe bigger. Longer. More deeply. And slowly. And the mind will find. The truth. This way. For everything is a practice. In consciousness. Will I choose. To bring love. Where there is hate. I can. I am. I do. Will I choose possibility when there is fear. I can. I am. I shall. Breathe deeply. Humanity is being beckoned. To awaken. Beyond duality. It is because of these moments. We are blessed to experience our potential. Be now. The vibration you choose. To see. To experience. And to receive. Allow that vibration to be inspired by these desires. Merge with it. Become it again. For it is the truth of who you are. There is no obstacle. Rather. Invitation. Reveal your greatness. Reveal your light. Reveal your heart. Feel it ripple up and out through your chest. Through your skin. Through your spine. Emanating in the space. Beyond the body. Concentrate on your heart and breathe in your belly. And anchor yourself in your body. And allow this expansion beyond your skin. To emanate and radiate. Focusing your attention in a single point of consciousness in the center of your heart space. Your field gets bigger. You serve. In a world where you were seeking solstice you become that. In a moment you were seeking salvation. Reprieve. You remember. You are made of that. For this is the truth of who we are. Allow it to be true now. As your field increases because you breathe into your heart. And anchor yourself in your body. You connect with those that are seeking. You merge with others around the world. Who are remembering. And together we support one another. To awaken. These are the times we've been waiting for. For they allow us to rise. And in this rising we generate a new world. A new reality. One that is unshakable. For it is made of the absolute truth. Without condition. Required. We are free. We are freedom remembering itself. Living life from the inside out. Reveal. Reveal. Reveal.
