Transcript

Hello and welcome to day 30 of the mindful minute.

This is Laura.

Today we'll finish up our discussion of the seven chakras,

So go ahead and find a comfortable seat,

Soften your gaze or close your eyes and begin to bring your attention to the top of your head.

This is the area of the crown chakra.

In Sanskrit,

It is known as Sahasrara.

As you bring your attention here,

Visualize a beautiful violet light emanating from this space.

This chakra connects us to the spiritual world.

When we're balanced we feel open minded,

Intelligent,

And wise.

Embrace these qualities as you hold your awareness at the crown chakra,

Allowing this violet light to wash over you.

Allow these feelings to grow as the light expands beyond the location of the crown chakra and throughout your entire body.

Allow yourself to stay here as long as you'd like.

Be there and be well.
