Hello everyone and welcome to this meditation together.
Today we're going to work on a series of breaths that will allow us to relax,
To let it go,
Not thinking about the problems that we have,
The matters that we have to solve,
The situations that maybe are not working in our lives.
So if you can find a comfortable position,
Sitting wherever you are,
You can even do this meditation by lying down and try as much as possible to keep your shoulders relaxed,
Your neck.
If you're sitting,
Keep your spine very straight.
And for now just breathe through the nose and exhale through the mouth for a series of two or three breaths.
And then what we're gonna do is cover one nostril with a finger,
A thumb,
And inhale through the other nostril and then switch by covering the other nostril with the index finger and then letting out through the other nostril.
And then we keep switching from one nostril to the other.
So we try only to breathe through our nose.
It doesn't matter if you want to use the right hand or the left hand,
That's,
You know,
Up to you.
So I'm gonna use the right hand,
So I'm gonna cover with my thumb the right nostril,
I'm gonna breathe through the left nostril and exhale then through the right nostril.
And if you're using the left hand you're gonna do the opposite,
Of course.
So let's start.
I'm gonna count for you so don't worry about counting.
Switch.
Three more.
And now let it go.
You can breathe naturally through your nose,
Through your mouth.
You may feel a little dizzy but that's normal,
So don't panic,
Don't freak out.
It's normal because we're giving more oxygen to our brain and so it's pretty normal and nothing's gonna happen.
And what I recommend after this meditation is to drink a big glass of water.
So you're gonna hydrate your body,
Your brain and feel even better.
Now just keep breathing normally.
Enjoy this state of balance,
Of inner peace.
You can always come back to this meditation or this technique whenever you feel like stressing your life or you need a moment,
You need a break from whatever is happening in your life.
And so you can enjoy this peace and tranquility for yourself.
Thank you for being here with me and I wish you a very beautiful day or evening.
See you next time.
Namaste.
