Your attention?
Breathe in slow breathe out slower maybe awareness is simply what you choose to pay attention to is your mind attached to something?
Hyper fixated where your focus goes,
Your energy flows where is your energy flowing to?
Right here witnessing yourself maybe bringing some unconscious thoughts into your conscious awareness a lot of the times our attention is taken on autopilot and yet we feel our energy is off what are you paying attention to?
