In this practice we'll focus on reprogramming your mind for abundance.
As we begin,
Come to sit on a pillow or a folded blanket.
Let your spine lengthen as you take your next breath.
And as your spine lengthens,
Notice that there is more space available now between the vertebrae and the position feels more comfortable and spacious.
Yes,
Just like this.
As you start the day with my voice and guidance,
You'll notice that the grounding and centering effect of this meditation stays with you throughout the day.
If you enjoy the session and decide to keep up this daily meditation habit for a month or more,
You'll observe more and more benefits becoming available to you such as a profound feeling of peace and calm,
Mindful presence and ability to choose and regulate your emotions as you go through your day.

There's nothing that you need to do or experience,
Just let the words wash over you.
There is nothing that you can possibly do wrong,
So let yourself receive this practice.
Make it really easy for yourself.
Take in what resonates with you and let go of everything else.
As we begin,
Let your face naturally relax,
Your forehead,
The point between your eyebrows,
The jaw,
Let your expression soften,
Let a gentle inner smile soften your face,
Let your body move or rock if it wants to,
Check in with yourself to see which parts of the body you want to move,
Maybe it's your spine that wants to spiral or gently rock from side to side before you settle into stillness,
Maybe you feel like letting your head roll from side to side,
Let the movement in and eventually let it quiet down as you drop into stillness.
Notice how as your body becomes a bit more still,
There is a deeper awareness of breath and how both your inhalations and your exhalations are becoming deeper.
Notice the free flow of breath opening your chest,
Feel how your breath is moving through the central channel of your spine and how with every breath you are arriving in a quiet,
Calm and safe space within.
Let your awareness register the expansion that you experience as you breathe.
Let it notice a sense of lightness,
Openness,
An experience of fullness in your chest,
Receiving your breath with ease,
Feeling an effortless flow of breath,
A continuous flow of in-breath and out-breath,
Allow your deep oceanic breath to be a metaphor for the boundless abundance of the world and your next breath is always ready for you when you need it.
Bring your awareness to the limitless essence of the cosmos and mirror the boundless nature of your own existence.
Imagine the countless leaves on trees,
The infinite abundance of the ocean,
The multitude limitless diversity of life,
The endlessness of the sky,
The boundless potential in every seat to grow and expand.
Let the infinite abundance and limitless potential of your own divine nature express itself fully as you let go of all resistance and all limitations.
Inside you've always known that you are beyond any limitations.
It didn't come to this life to hide and play it small.
You came here to enjoy the fullest expression of your individuality,
To share the abundance of your gifts for the greater benefit of all and to enjoy the beauty and richness of your life's journey,
Aligning all layers of your being with this remembrance.
