Hello and welcome to this beautiful intention setting meditation.
My name is Elisa Celeste and I will be guiding you today.
Make yourself comfortable,
Adjust to your most comfortable position,
Gently moving your body if you feel like,
Releasing any tension,
And slowly and softly closing your eyes if it feels comfortable to you,
And start to tune in and watch your breath,
Breathing deeply and slowly,
Taking a long and slow and deep breath in,
And gently releasing,
Letting go,
Relax,
Taking another long and slow and deep breath in,
Feeling your lungs,
Your belly,
And gently releasing,
Letting go of any tension,
Any heaviness that is not serving you today,
And keeping breathing slowly and deeply,
Tuning in with our inner world,
Starting to feel more relaxed within our body,
Starting to feel our body softening a little bit more with each breath,
And starting to feel your mind slowing down a little bit more with each breath,
And notice how the world around you and inside of you is starting to slow down,
And notice how it feels good to slow down,
To attune to our natural rhythm,
That is a rhythm of being,
Of allowing,
Of receiving,
And just taking a few moments to enjoy this softness,
This lower pace,
This internal and slower rhythm,
And keeping watching your breath,
Just allowing the air to flow in and the air to flow out,
The air flows in,
And gently the air flows out,
Softening,
Relaxing a little bit more with each breath,
And starting to bring your awareness in your heart center area,
And feeling the breath coming into your heart center space,
And we are going to take some breaths,
Feeling the air coming from the back of your heart,
Feeling your heart space,
Expanding it,
And the air flowing out from the front of your heart space,
The air comes from the back of your heart,
Expanding your heart,
And gently flowing out from the front of your heart,
The air comes in from the back of your heart,
Expands your heart,
And gently flows out from the front of your heart,
And keep breathing and expanding your heart with these gentle,
Hard breaths,
And notice how your heart feels expanded a little bit more with each breath,
Just more spacious,
More relaxed with each and every breath,
And this is a beautiful way to connect with your heart and activate your heart intelligence,
Activate your inner knowing,
That part of you who knows what you truly need,
That part of you that is always whispering to you and guiding you,
And notice how much more expanded you feel in this beautiful energetic field,
How much love you feel now in your heart space,
How much warmth you feel in your heart space and all around,
And now that we are connected with our heart,
If it feels comfortable,
You can gently rest your hands on top of your heart space,
And we are going to ask our heart a few sacred questions to get some guidance and to connect with this deep part of us,
And it doesn't matter if the answers flow or don't flow,
Just stay open and receptive to receive,
And they may come in thoughts,
In feelings,
In visual images,
In sounds,
Might not come and come later perhaps,
Just stay receptive and open,
Knowing also that the important thing now is to connect with your heart,
Just to stay open and receptive,
Just taking a long and slow and deep breath in towards your heart,
Connecting with your heart and releasing,
And we are going to ask what am I grateful for right now,
What is my heart grateful for right now,
And just let a list of people,
Things,
Situations flow with ease and grace naturally,
Don't force any answer,
Just let it arise into your awareness,
What am I grateful for right now,
What is my heart grateful for right now,
Feeling expanded and nurtured by this beautiful feeling of gratitude,
Just bathing in this beautiful feeling of gratitude,
And next we are going to ask what does my heart truly long for,
What does my heart truly long for,
And just stay open and receptive to whatever arises,
What does my heart truly long for,
And now with all the beautiful answers we might have received or not,
Or with all the beautiful feelings we might have awakened,
We are going to crystallize an intention for the day,
How do we want to feel for the day,
What we want to bring more in our day,
Or what we want to release of,
Letting go of in this beautiful day,
And just taking a few moments to crystallize,
To get clear of this intention,
In a few simple words,
Or just one word,
A feeling,
A quality we want to bring into the day,
And get clear,
Crystallize this intention,
And when you are clear,
Just seeing and sensing this intention,
Planting deeply into your heart center,
Taking roots into your heart,
Just nestling into your heart,
Taking a few moments to let it really really settle,
Feel strong there,
Really planted and rooted,
Within our beautiful heart space,
Feeling it strong,
Taking a long and slow and deep breath in,
Into our heart,
Energizing our beautiful intention,
And letting go,
Release any attachment to the outcome,
Just release everything into the hands of the universe,
Knowing and trusting the universe is supporting you,
Is guiding you into this beautiful day,
And closer and closer to your intention,
