Now imagine that you are at the top of a stairway.
Imagine the stairway to be safe,
Spacious,
Beautiful and decorate your stairway in a way that makes your heart shine.
Maybe is there a flower or plants or colours on your stairway?
Whatever makes you feel at home,
Calm.
Imagine this beauty surrounding you and imagine to see at the bottom of the stairway a state of peace,
Calm and relaxation.
Maybe a garden or like the stairways on the dunes close to the sea where you can see a peaceful warm and safe shore.
Take note how you are feeling right now at the top of the stairway.
Imagine taking a step down the stairway,
Holding to the end rail,
Looking at the beautiful surrounding of your own personal space and taking a simple step closer to your relaxation.
And as you take this step,
Feel that your arms are relaxing,
Becoming heavy,
Limp,
Loose and relaxed.
Further descend the stairway,
Going down towards relaxation,
One step,
Another step,
Getting closer to a state of calm and relaxation.
Feel your legs relaxing and becoming limp,
Your legs are feeling very heavy.
Feel your legs sinking down while the gravity is guiding your legs down into relaxation.
And while you are progressively entering in this state of relaxation,
Picture yourself going slowly down the stairway,
One step at a time.
It is a comfortable,
Safe descent to a place of relaxation.
Move step by step at your own pace,
Becoming more and more relaxed with each step you take.
And feel the heaviness in your arms and legs,
Your arms are warm but also heavy,
Feeling the gravity,
Pulling on your arms gently,
On your shoulders,
Pulling your shoulders down in a more relaxed position.
Take another step down and another,
More deeply relaxed with each step.
Feel your neck and back relaxing,
Feeling warm,
Loose,
Relaxed.
And allow your mind to drift and your body to relax,
Heavy and comfortable,
Your head is relaxed,
Your forehead is relaxed,
No tension around the eyes,
Neither around your mouth,
Nor in your jaw.
Your face is fully relaxed and feel the muscle of your face,
Soft,
Relaxed,
Your hide leads are very heavy and it feels so good to have your eyes closed.
And bring back your attention to your vision of your stairway,
Of yourself walking down the stairway with a happy heart while you are reaching your beautiful destination.
You are almost at the bottom now.
You can almost feel you are reaching the landscape you have designed for you,
For your own mind relaxation.
The closer you get there,
The more relaxed you feel.
Your body feels heavy but at the same time feels so light,
Like it's floating.
It might be an unusual feeling but it's extremely pleasant.
It's so peaceful,
It's so peaceful to drift in calm and relaxation.
And keep walking to your stairway,
Walking down as you are more and more singing into your relaxation.
You are almost at the bottom now in a state of calm and relaxation.
You are now feeling peaceful and relaxed.
And what is at the bottom of your staircase?
Maybe a beautiful garden or a nice fountain or maybe a beautiful sunrise at the seaside or maybe a blooming and green fresh forest.
And now that you reach and you are walking in your special place,
I will repeat some affirmation.
You might listen or not,
Paying attention or not,
Or you can simply keep relaxing while I'm talking.
And just let your mind drift.
Maybe you want to reflect upon this affirmation in the back of your mind with your subconscious or maybe you want to take in the affirmation.
And if you do so,
Choose the ones that are a good fit for you and you might want to disregard the ones that don't apply.
Just let these words drift in your mind without needing to focus especially on any of them.
Place your hands nestled on top of your heart and just relax now and let your mind drift for the remaining of these affirmations.
And at the end,

You can choose to reawaken or stay in your own meditative mind,
Indulging in your special place.
But for now,
Just relax,
Letting your mind drift.
There is nothing you need to do,
No place you need to be,

You deserve to be happy and you can be happy even through difficult circumstances.
You can handle what comes your way.
You are a strong person but you understand that no one needs to be strong all the time.
You are the best version of yourself today.
Your worth is not measured by achievements,
Appearance or external things.
You are worthwhile as a person just in the way you are.
You are perfectly alright just in the way you are.
You accept yourself.
You are kind to yourself.
You take good care of yourself physically and emotionally.
You are ok in the way you are.
Continue to allow your mind to drift as you just relax.
