Beginning by closing your eyes,
And gently relax your eyelids.
Relax the muscles around your eyes.
Release your face.
And from the outer world,
Dropping into the inner world.
Being extra kind to yourself as you shift from outside to inside,
Where all the interesting things really are.
And now that you've tuned into your body,
Become aware of the breath.
Not trying to change it or breathe any differently.
Just being aware of it.
How is it right now?
Paying attention to the breath in your body,
Just as it is now.
Paying attention to your breath with affection,
Like you might pay attention to someone you care for.
Watching the breath as you would watch a beloved child or a dear friend.
Sensing your breath with kindness and warmth and openness and gentleness.
And staying with your breath for a few moments.
Whenever you notice the mind wander,
Just gently bring it back to the breath.
And we will stay with the breath for another two minutes.
Now bring that awareness you've gathered to your body.
Relaxing your neck.
Softening your chest and shoulders.
Relaxing your hips and your belly.
Finding softness in the arms and the legs.
And as your attention moves through your body,
Bringing affection with every breath,
With every bit of awareness.
Feeling your body inside and out.
And bringing affection to every part of your body,
Inside and out.
Now in your mind's eye,
Imagine all the women in the world.
So many women.
All different ages.
Each with a heart and a mind.
And her own desires.
And her own fragility.
And each with her own strength.
Setting the deep intention to treat every woman with kindness.
Setting the intention to treat every woman with gentleness and warmth.
Every single woman you encounter.
I choose to revere all women.
Sending the wish,
May all women be happy.
May all women find joy.
May all women be safe and protected.
Setting the intention to treat with respect every woman you encounter.
Now say the following phrases to yourself.
I treat myself with kindness.
I treat myself with warmth.
I choose to be gentle with myself.
No matter what happens,
No matter what I do,
I choose to be gentle with myself.
Wishing for yourself,
May I be happy.
May I find joy.
May I be safe and protected.
I know that honoring myself,
I honor all women.
Supporting myself in every moment,
I support all women.
I am a woman,
I have no resistance to my emotions.
I choose to be with every emotion that comes my way.
To feel that emotion fully.
I know that everything I'm feeling is the right way for me to feel.
Saying to yourself,
I am a woman,
My anger is as important to the world as my joy.
My dark emotions are as necessary to the world as my light ones.
I can be darkness and I can be light.
I can be stillness or I can be motion.
I am a woman,
I am life itself.
I am a woman,
I am multifaceted.
I am a woman,
I honor my wisdom.
I follow my intuition.
I listen to what my heart wants.
I am a woman,
I choose to revere myself.
I honor my power,
I choose to protect myself.
I pay attention to my wishes.
I pay attention to my feelings.
I pay attention to my body.
Now setting the intention to be exactly as you are.
To be exactly as you are in every moment.
And to honor yourself exactly as you are in every moment.
Honoring myself,

And now with warmth,

So breathing in deeply through the nose.

Releasing out through the mouth.

Filling the whole body with life energy.
