Leading you to a tranquil in-between state.

Don't turn up the volume.

Allow it to fade into the quiet and you'll discover its beautiful place to be.

The music and my voice will rise again and you'll see it's going to feel wonderful.

Take a moment to center your attention here with me.

Find the most comfortable and cozy position.

Take a deep cleansing breath in and exhale so slowly.

Perfect.

Feel your body sinking into your bed like a gentle descent into the deep ocean.

Your legs are heavy,

Sinking deeper and deeper.

Your arms,

Hands and fingers follow,

Sinking into the softness beneath.

Your spine,

From your head to your bottom,

Is sinking too,

Into deep,

So deeply that you can't move and it's a wonderful sensation.

You've never been so deeply relaxed,

Surrendering to the big blue within.

Now,

On the count of one,

You'll dive into a hypnotic state.

Ten.

Nine.

Eight.

Drifting.

Seven.

You are drifting.

Six.

In the deep.

Five.

You are descending.

Four.

Deeper.

Three.

And deeper.

Absolutely wonderful! I saved the 18 minute version however I didn’t want to get up after this one! One difference I have as you said “welcome back to reality”…. I would say “welcome back from reality“. 👍🏻🕊️

I would do this again. 30 minutes went by very quickly. With a call coming in at the 2/3 mark, I restarted from around the 1/4 mark. Still seemed quick, yet very relaxing.
