Hello.
It's an honor to be here with you.
Let's settle into a comfortable posture that allows you to have a straight spine.
As we gently invite the eyelids to rest,
The mind to tire itself out,
And the body to surrender,
Take three deep cleansing breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
I'll guide you at an average pace,
But if you prefer a different pace,
I'll leave you some time to guide yourself at your own pace.
Everyone can find their own rhythm as my voice fades.
In and out.
In and out.
In and out.
In and out.
In and out.
In and out.
In and out.
Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you,
And to thanks continuously,
And because all things have contributed to your advancement,
You should include all things in your gratitude.
This quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson reminds me that we can be in a constant state of grace and gratitude.
How?
Because it's not always being activated,
But the more we activate it and allow it to find expression in the way we live and see and do things,
The more we see what we can be grateful for,
And the more we see it in all the little things.
Now visualize yourself in an endless vast space of the miraculous cosmos.
You can watch yourself from outside the body,
And you look quite peaceful.
You feel supported.
You're being bathed in the boundlessness of the universe.
You're feeling more relaxed now than you have in so long,
And your body already thanks you for it.
Your body chemistry changes,
And you have triggered the body to be in a state of positivity and connectedness.
After some time,
Your different energy bodies start to respond by coming alive,
Yet calm and synchronized.
You begin to feel any pressure start to melt away and off of the body,
And you sense the union of life pulsating within you.
You acknowledge that you would not be here in this current form without the contributions of countless energies,
People,
Events,
And factors up until now.
You take a moment now to contemplate three things that you're grateful for.
You connect and allow these three things to raise your energetic integrity so that you can feel secure,
Loving,
And strong.
You are supported by life.
You are supported by life.
You are supported by life.
Stay present and just breathe.
What is the quality of your breath when it is connected and grounded in gratitude?
Feel yourself creating space around your spirit.
The mind is fainter than before.
The body is lighter than before.
Your inner fire is bright,
And the egoic play has taken an intermission.
You like everyone else is alone,
Experiencing this life from within,
Yet interconnected in more ways than the physical eye can see.
Surrender and invite life to move freely through you.

Expanding your awareness into a more spacious experience.
Opening your awareness.
Creating space.
Watching.
Observing.
Just being as you are.
Full acceptance.
Here and now.
No money.
No people.
No possessions.
Come alive and embrace life.
Come alive and embrace life.
Come alive and embrace life.
Come alive and embrace life.
Come alive and embrace life.
Your sympathetic nervous system is getting a break.
You are rewiring the brain and body chemistry and showing yourself that you are capable of being a presence that is boundless,
Transformational,
And empowered by love.
Take three deep cleansing breaths.
And as you do,
Fill yourself up with the energy of the gratitude that you have explored and connected with today.
And also for the gratitude that you feel for showing up to practice today.
Happiness isn't something that we're born with.
It is a state of being that we cultivate and practice maintaining in a moment to moment basis,
No matter what comes our way.
Take your own time and slowly opening the eyes once again.
See if you can take this quality of gratitude with you into your day and into your life.
May your gratitude be a blessing to yourself and to all.
Thank you for sharing your meditation practice with me.
Namaste.
Thank you.
