Breathe in to replenish.
Breathe out to relax.
Take a full deep breath in through your nose and hold at the top for a pause.
Breathing fully out through your mouth,
Letting it all go.
Do that one more time.
Take a full deep breath in through your nose,
Holding at the top for a short pause.
And breathing fully out through your mouth,
Letting it all go.
Allow your breath to find its natural calm rhythm.
Breathing in and out through your nose if that's comfortable.
Take this time for you to just be here now in this moment.
It is safe for you to take this journey back to you.
Back to your heart.
Opening to the essence and truth of your being.

Imagine for a moment that you are standing at the edge of an ancient woodland forest.
You have arrived to a sacred place of rest,
Peace and healing.
Complete ease.
Total relaxation.
Breathe it all in and deeply exhale into this space.
In your mind's eye,
Walking slowly forward,
You are invited by the trees to enter this sacred healing forest.
Warm sunlight streams through the tall canopy above,
Flowing down into your crown and filling your entire body with ease,
Comfort and peace.
Notice the texture of the tree's bark,
The colors of their leaves and how their branches reach out expansively.
Breathe in this pure,
Clean air.
Listen to the song of birds in the distance,
Reassuring you that you are always connected.
Notice a gently flowing,
Clear river,
Soothing and serene.
Soft,
Fresh,
Green grass under you.
A deep healing power you are connected to at all times flows through the earth,
Flows through all of your senses and body.
Place this healing available to you now,
Breathing it fully in and letting it move through you as you breathe out.
Soften and loosen any tightness.
Relax any tension.
Your intuitive mind,
Heart and body connected in the same way nature heals,
Restores and regenerates itself.
In each season,

Through the soles of your feet,
Back to Mother Earth where the cycle begins again.
Restoring,

This light is filled with healing,

Take a deep and refreshed breath in through your nose and an alert and clear breath out through your mouth.

Start to become aware of your surroundings.
Notice the clothes and air on your body.
