Transcript

Bring yourself into a comfortable seated position,

Either on a cushion on the floor with the hips elevated higher than the knees,

Or a chair with the feet flat on the floor and the lower back supported if necessary.

Whichever position you've chosen,

Your crown should be reaching towards the sky,

And the belly is slightly drawing in.

Feel your shoulders drop down away from the ears.

Feel a heaviness in the bottom half of your body,

Rooting you down to the earth,

And lightness in your upper body,

Lifting you towards the sky.

Become aware of your breath.

If possible,

Breathe in and out of the nose.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of the chest,

And allow your thoughts to fade into the background for the next little while.

Begin to deepen the breath.

Take a nice deep inhale,

And draw it down into your belly.

Take a nice long exhalation,

Completely emptying out the lungs.

It's time now to manifest your ultimate life.

Your current reality all started from a single thought,

And today we plant the seed for your future.

Imagine you are walking along a deserted country road.

Either side of you are open fields as far as the eye can see.

In the distance,

You notice a big long bridge that crosses a river.

You get closer and closer to the bridge,

And as you are about to cross it,

You see that your future self is on the other side.

Notice what clothes you are wearing.

What do you look like?

What does your house look like?

How do you feel your days?

How does your future self feel?

You are excited to cross the bridge,

But you can see there are some obstacles in the way of where you are now,

And your future self.

Can you identify the obstacles in your way?

You are ready to push through the obstacles and cross the bridge.

As you step onto the bridge,

You move across with purpose,

Pushing any obstacles in your path over the side and moving forward.

Never look back,

You are ready to let go of your past and become who you truly are.

You look around to find your future self,

But they are nowhere to be seen.

As you look down,

You notice it is you.

You are wearing the clothes,

You are living the ultimate life,

And you have transformed.

You have made it.

Bask in this feeling.

Allow yourself to radiate with joy and gratitude for all you have achieved.

Bring your awareness back to your breath,

Inhaling and exhaling.

Notice your body and feel the parts that are connected to the earth.

Before we finish,

Repeat your mantra after me.

I deserve to be happy.

I deserve to be happy.

You are unique and special,

And the entire universe is conspiring to help you achieve your dreams.
