Okay,

You're going through a moment where you're struggling.

That's okay.

Just listen to my voice and we'll get through this together.

I want you to take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And again,

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

All you have to do right now is continue this breathing pattern whilst listening to my voice.

It's going to be okay.

I know that things seem very heightened right now,

But we're going to come down together.

We're going to feel grounded together as long as you keep listening to my voice.

Keep breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Your panic is coming from your thoughts of the future or your thoughts of the past.

So let's stay grounded in this moment.

And you can do that simply by breathing and listening to my voice.

You are not alone.

You are not alone.

I am here with you throughout this process.

I am here with you right now.

You can listen to my voice as many times as you need to,

To bring yourself back down.

When the panic sets in,

It can be really hard sometimes to find that ground level.

That's because we're in the thoughts,

We're overthinking.

So just simply focus on my voice telling you that it's going to be okay.

Keep breathing well in through your nose and out through your mouth.

An overactive mind is simply an overactive mind.

It's overactive.

So what we need to do is we need to stop the thought processes for a moment.

And we're doing that right now together,

Simply by listening to my voice and breathing.

You are doing so,

So well.

Really,

Really well.

No need to be judgmental of yourself in this moment.

Whatever feelings you have going on,

That's completely okay.

I am here with you.

I am here with you.

You are not alone.

Keep breathing.

I'm not sure if you've heard this in a while,

But you're doing really well.

Sometimes we can be overcritical of ourselves and that lets the anxiety set in.

You are doing brilliantly.

The very fact you're here listening to my voice right now means that you are doing everything right in this moment.

This is the key going forward,

Staying present.

Look around your room for a moment.

Continue breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And just look at the individual things within your room or out your window,

Wherever you are.

This will allow you to find that peace of presence.

It will allow you to find the calm.

The focus is key here.

You're listening to my voice,

Looking around you.

You are breathing well.

You are present.

As long as you keep using techniques to stay present,

Then this will help you going forward after this meditation practice.

Remember the five senses are connected to the now.

As you breathe in,

You are connected to the now.

Feel what's around you.

Look at what's around you.

Listen to what's around you.

Try and remove yourself from the overthinking for a while and you'll notice with a bit of practice that this will become a natural,

Habitual way of being.

It will help you with the overthinking process.

You have done so well.

Once this finishes,

Keep breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And as I said,

You can listen to this as many times as you need to.

You are not alone.
