I am safe to let go of today.

My mind is quiet and my body is calm.

I release all thoughts and I don't need to carry them into tomorrow.

I am allowed to rest.

I am allowed to simply be.

Each breath takes me deeper into peace.

I've done enough for today,

Now I receive rest.

I welcome stillness like a warm blanket.

My dreams will be gentle and kind.

It is safe to soften,

Unwind and let go.

I trust my body to know how to heal.

Sleep is a gift I give myself tonight.

My bedroom is a sanctuary of calm and comfort.

I release tension from every muscle in my body.

I am grateful for this day and I now surrender it fully.

I let go of control and fall gently into trust.

My heart is at peace and my breath is slow.

I don't need to figure anything out right now.

I deserve deep,

Nourishing rest.

I will wake up feeling renewed,

Grounded and clear.

Everything can wait.

Right now,

I sleep.
