Stop what you were doing,

And allow yourself a moment to just relax,

And put down anything you've been holding,

And make yourself comfortable,

Unless you're driving,

And then stop this before continuing to make yourself as comfortable as possible,

And just relaxing down as you take a deep breath in,

All the way down to fill your belly,

And breathe out,

And again in,

And let go of any stress and tension you are holding onto as you breathe in,

Raising your shoulders slightly,

And out,

Allowing them to drop as your breathing returns to a comfortable and regular rhythm that is just right for you to allow yourself to focus on the in and out beat of your body that is gently relaxing down,

As any cares and concerns you may have had can be put aside for just this moment,

And you can pick them up again later once you've allowed yourself this tiny moment to just relax,

That's right,

And by allowing this relaxation to sweep over you now,

You may remember a dream you'd forgotten of before when you were able to relax,

Into a blissful moment of the purest relaxation you ever felt,

And you may find that as you remember that you can relax now,

You can discover that you are relaxing,

Are you not?

And the second important thing to remember while you're relaxing here,

Now,

Is that any thoughts you think you'd thought can just be observed,

As they float on by and drift into the tranquil abyss of relaxation now,

And the third important thing to remember is just how easy it is to forget the first important thing when you are so totally relaxed as you are right now,

Aren't you?

In a beautiful moment between moments of everlasting now,

As you may realise there's no need to focus on the words that are being spoken as you are able to continue to relax all on your own,

And these words are merely here to guide you even deeper than you believed you can now,

And that's ok to think that there is one thing above all other things that has been of concern to you,

And while you are focusing on this relaxation,

That one concern you had is being worked out in the space behind your mind while you focus on the simple art of relaxing now,

Are you not?

And yet,

While that concern is pondering away to a resolution,

You can discover even deeper depths of relaxation,

And I wonder if you know that you knew that the deeper you relax,

The more love and joy that you've been missing will return to you now,

And the more love and joy that returns,

The more at peace you can feel with all that you are and do as you just relax now,

That's right,

And in a moment you can return your attention to your surroundings only as quickly as it takes for you to unconsciously discover the resolution to that concern you once had,

And for your heart to fill with all the love and joy that once was missing,

As you return to fully awake,

Alert and ready to continue your day now,

And how much better do you feel,

Do you not?
