Journey to a world where you remember who you truly are. During this Max Meditation System™ you'll not only remember your authentic self but you’ll share him or her with the world. Buckle up; it’s time to be you.

Transcript

Finding a comfortable seated position,

Ideally you want to have your feet flat on the floor and your palms facing upwards towards the sky so you can receive an intention that you set for yourself.

Go ahead and set that intention now.

Perhaps it's peace,

Or calm,

Or more light.

Whatever works for you.

And after setting this intention,

Let's take three deep breaths together,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And one last time,

Breathing in positivity in through your nose and breathing out through your mouth all worry and stress.

And you can just repeat this breathing on your own,

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

As we begin this meditation,

We'll begin with a body relaxation.

I'll be saying out loud for each body part to relax three times.

And you can whisper these commands quietly to your own body,

Helping you to become more present and to be here now.

Feet relax.

Feet relax.

Feet relax.

Legs relax.

Legs relax.

Feet relax.

Legs relax.

Hips relax.

Hips relax.

Hips relax.

Back relax.

Back relax.

Back relax.

And just repeating these commands to your own body.

Stomach relax.

Stomach relax.

Heart relax.

Heart relax.

Heart relax.

Arms and hands relax.

Arms and hands relax.

Arms and hands relax.

Shoulders relax.

Shoulders relax.

Shoulders relax.

Neck and throat relax.

Neck and throat relax.

Neck and throat relax.

Face relax.

Face relax.

Face relax.

Mind relax.

Mind relax.

Emotions relax.

Emotions relax.

Emotions relax.

Entire body relax.

Entire body relax.

Entire body relax.

And still breathing deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Imagine that you're the most relaxed that you have ever been.

And feeling so relaxed,

You begin to visualize,

Sense,

Imagine or feel a river of golden white light.

Rushing through your mind.

This river is fast and furious at first.

Washing away so many thoughts.

And then it begins to slow down.

As less and less thoughts rise to the surface.

Surrendering to this process now.

Freeing your mind of any and all thoughts.

With this river of golden white light.

Purifying.

Cleansing.

Letting go within your mind.

Whatever you need will return to you after the meditation.

So simply let go.

And spend some time here for the next few moments.

In this river of golden white light.

Just washing away.

Sky.

Sky.

Directing your focus now.

To sky.

Sky.

Sky.

Sky.

Repeating this word to yourself over and over again.

Sky.

Sky.

Sky.

Sky.

Sky.

See yourself holding a very important key in your right hand.

This key opens a magical door.

A door of true transformation.

And is the door that leads to your true self.

Walking through this door.

Means remembering who you truly are.

And letting the light shine down.

All around you.

Feeling brave.

And feeling courageous.

You place the key in the lock.

And open the door.

As you walk through the door.

A burst of light surrounds you.

And you notice that your heart is much more alive.

And is much more awake.

Can you hear your heart beating?

Can you hear the sound of your own heart?

Every cell begins to remember your true self.

And your joy begins to awaken.

You have walked through the door to your true self.

And it feels so good to just be you.

Feeling so good in this moment now.

You see yourself.

Giving yourself a big hug.

And then beginning to play.

To dance.

To smile.

This is what it means to be alive.

This is what it means to be your true self.

The joy of just being.

The joy of truly enjoying the light.

And now that you remember your true self.

You decide this is who I want to be.

When I return from this door.

I want to bring this true self back with me.

Bringing me into my life.

Sharing the true self.

Sharing who you are with all those around you.

Lighting up all the rooms you walk into.

And never looking back.

This is your service to humanity.

Being yourself.

And sharing who you are with all those around you.

And so taking another moment now.

To really embrace.

And feel your true self.

Anchor this feeling in your body.

Anchor this resonance in your body.

You are you.

And that's all who you've ever needed to be.

Feeling this now.

Thanking this door for leading you back to your true self.

Knowing you can visit anytime.

You have the key.

But now you have some work to do.

To share yourself.

To be yourself.

And to light up the world around you.

Taking one more moment.

To anchor.

And to really embody all of you.

And together let's begin to take three deep breaths.

Breathing in through the nose.

And out through the mouth.

In through the nose.

And out through the mouth.

In through the nose.

And out through the mouth.

Now slowly moving your arms and your legs.

Opening your eyes.

And returning back from this meditation.
