Tap somewhere else on your body that will remind you of physical relaxation and that you want to associate with physical relaxation.
Finally,
Create a symbol for emotional relaxation.
Using your non-dominant hand,
Tap somewhere on your body that you will remember and that you want to associate with emotional relaxation.
Vividly form these images,
Knowing that you can recall them at will.
With each exhalation,
Draw in revitalizing energy.
Experience it,
Encapsulating and filling your entire being.
Experience and visualize yourself in a very centered,
Stable,
Restorative and empowered state.
Focus on this state that is always within you.
Focus on what you imagine to be your vital,
Dynamic center.
Focus on that place within you that is very quiet and is very peaceful.
Affirm that your life has purpose.
Affirm that you are courageous.
Affirm that your attitudes are constructive and serve you as well as others.
They enable you to be clear and open to all situations and all that life has to offer.
Affirm that you can create the life you choose and make changes that serve you and others.
Recall the symbols for mental,
Physical and emotional relaxation,
Knowing that you can recall them at any time and return to each of these states at will using your symbol and tapping the associated location on your body with your non-dominant hand.
