We have a hard time accepting what is and we struggle with it.

We bang on that door and don't see that other doors open.

We can't accept parts of ourselves and that is not helpful because then we can't love ourselves.

Without acceptance there is no love and without accepting what is right here,

Right now,

You will never be able to embrace your future because then the past is always holding you back.

It's so important we accept what is.

Whatever happened as an experience,

As a neutral experience,

Learning from it,

Taking it as the stepping stones and moving forward.

It's like with the weather,

We can't change it.

We have to accept whether it's rain or sun or hot or whatever season it is,

Whether we like it or not.

And it's with many things in life,

Like from the serenity prayer,

Accept the things you cannot change.

And that's the first part in our life,

Accepting the things we cannot change.

It's so important.

How often do you use up all the energy,

All the time to try and change things in your life?

Things you can't change,

Things you just need to learn to accept.

Be extra gentle with yourself,

Learn to accept the things you cannot change and from acceptance comes that inner peace,

That freedom in order for you to move forward.

Are you ready for more inner peace?

So let's dive into a short meditation.

As always,

Connect to your heart,

Taking a deep breath,

Taking a deep breath,

Letting go.

Just connect to a situation in your life right now that you have a hard time accepting.

Just connect with it like an outside observer.

Look at yourself in this situation.

Maybe walk around the whole situation,

Look at it from different perspectives.

What if you take a step back?

What in this situation makes it so difficult for you to accept it?

Take a deep breath,

Connect to Archangel Michael,

Just ask him for his strength,

Ask him to help you move a step back.

Ask the angels of acceptance to help you accept this situation,

Maybe put some light on it,

Enlighten it for you.

Where in this situation can you learn?

Learn to let go,

To accept,

Learn to let go,

To move away.

Just have a look at it,

Take a deep breath,

Ask the angel for some insights.

How can I accept this?

Please help me.

What is there for me to learn still?

As you gently take a step back and another step back,

Another step back from the situation,

I accept this situation for what it is.

And embrace your future,
