Welcome to your self love meditation.

Go ahead and take a moment to settle into your space.

Feel your body relax under you.

Take a nice deep breath in.

And then a big letting go breath out.

Release anything that no longer serves you.

Let's breathe together one more time.

A nice deep breath in.

And a big letting go breath out.

Now return to your normal breathing for the rest of the meditation.

You are valuable.

You are worthy.

Trust your intuition.

Believe in you.

Take special care of your mind,

Your body,

And your soul.

Always remember your worth.

Protect your heart.

It is your life.

Your gift.

Your power.

Pour only into what is aligned with your heart and soul.

Always stand strong in the amazing person that you are.

You are inspiring and impacting more people than you realize.

Be proud of you.

Honor and respect all that you are.

And all that you are becoming.

Speak lovingly and patiently to yourself.

All that you need is within you.

All that you need is in your reach and at your fingertips.

You have so much strength inside of you.

Never forget how unique and incredible you are.

Show gratitude for your brilliant mind.

Show gratitude for your strong body.

Give thanks for your resilience.

Give thanks for you are an inspirational spirit.

Allow your body to absorb this gratitude and love.

You deserve this special love.

You are love.

Let's go ahead and return to the room in a more loving way than ever.

Allow some movement back into your body.
