Allow your body to settle in and relax in preparation for a restful night.

Breathe in the gratitude for today and the joy of tomorrow.

Breathe out letting the ocean wash away and release anything that no longer serves you.

Just let that go ahead and go out with the tide.

Let's create the space for more blessings through these next few deep breaths together.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in the gratitude and release through breathing out.

Tonight let's reflect on the gratitude for this day.

Fill your heart with thanks as today you lived fully.

You allowed yourself to be present.

You learned something new.

You are taking the time to appreciate all that you are and all that you are becoming.

You radiate love to those around you.

Show gratitude for your open heart and all that you overcame today.

Each day you have wonderful opportunities to take a small step closer to your goals and closer to the person that you are evolving into.

Give thanks for those who are supporting you and cheering you on along the way.

Your community is so valuable.

While some days are brighter than others,

There is always something to be grateful for.

And we can even find these in the smallest of moments.
