Bringing your attention to the weight of your body and noticing the contact points with the floor,
With the earth.
Really feeling into the gravity connection between you and our dear Mother Earth who is always holding you.
And see if you can let yourself sink a little bit more into that connection.
Feeling that connection of being held.
And inviting yourself to release.
Releasing any excess tension,
Releasing thoughts,
To-do lists,
Releasing any voices that are not your own.
Just allowing them to effortlessly slip away.
Knowing that this time right now is just for you.
This time is to allow yourself to be present with this exact moment.
Tuning into the sounds around you.
The sound of my voice,
The sound of the music,
And also the sounds in the room that you're in.
And the sounds in the distance.
Noticing without any judgment,
But with curiosity.
A sense of welcoming that all belongs.
You can become aware of the air around you.
Noticing the temperature.
Noticing the stillness or the breeze.
Feeling where the air is touching your skin.
And sensing that you are breathing the air from every pore on your body.
Effortlessly breathing in.
Breathing out at your own pace.
And tuning into your senses.
Tuning into what your body can feel in this moment.
Externally,
The touch of clothing on your skin.
The warmth of a cushion beneath you.
The coolness of the floor on your feet.
The warmth of air moving in through your nostrils.
And exhaling out your mouth.
Noticing the rhythm of your belly.
Noticing the rise and the fall of your chest.
And let's welcome in a feeling or message of gratitude for your magnificent body.
This beautiful being that's designed to thrive,
To breathe,
To move,
To think,
To love.
Thank yourself for tuning in to this moment.
For tuning in to your body.
For taking the time to quiet your mind.
And come into connection with the present moment.
You always have access to this moment.
