Take a moment to slowly stretch your body,
Now allowing yourself to be comfortable,
Seated or lying down,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Resting your palms,
Slowly closing your eyes and becoming aware of your breath,
Embracing the natural rhythm of your in-breath and out-breath.
Now breathing in and breathing out slowly and deeply on your own rhythm for a few moments.
Now relax and breathe naturally,
Repeating the affirmations out loud or silently in your mind after me.
