Good morning,
My friend.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Allowing yourself to be comfortable to enjoy this meditation.
Simply close your eyes and feel your body being in harmony with Mother Earth.
Now becoming aware of your breath,
Simply focusing on your in-breath and out-breath.
You are here,
You are fully here in the present moment.
Feeling your body relaxing,
Feeling your mind calming.
Now allowing a few deep and slow breaths on your own rhythm.
Keep breathing deeply and slowly and breathe in the power and the presence of the affirmations.
Every day is a gift,
Peace is in my heart.
I am joyfully embracing this day with gratitude.
Calm mind is my strength.
I embrace the moments of my life with awareness.
My presence makes a difference.
I am a source of love,
Light and peace in the world.
Now breathing in and breathing out.
Relax and breathe naturally.
Bring your awareness into your heart space.
Maybe place your one palm or both palms over your heart.
With each in-breath,
Welcoming this new day and new beginnings with awareness and your inner presence.
Feeling the energy of peace and calm filling your heart with gratitude.
Relaxing in the present moment and your heart's presence to embrace another wonderful day on this earth.
Now relax your palms,
Breathe in deeply and breathe out slowly.
With a gentle smile,
Open your eyes,
Fully coming back to your space.
What a gift it is to embrace your day with your smile,
Awareness and presence.
