Embracing the natural rhythm of your in-breath and out-breath.
Now breathing in and breathing out slowly and deeply on your own rhythm for a few moments.
Now relax and breathe naturally,
Repeating the affirmations,
Your morning mantras out loud or silently in your mind after me.

Placing your palms gently over your heart,

And feeling the divine presence nourish every cell of your being.
