Good morning,

My friend.

Take a moment to slowly stretch your body,

Now allowing yourself to be comfortable,

Seated or lying down,

Relaxing your shoulders,

Resting your palms,

Slowly closing your eyes and becoming aware of your breath,

Embracing the natural rhythm of your in-breath and out-breath.

Now breathing in and breathing out slowly and deeply on your own rhythm for a few moments.

Now relax and breathe naturally,

Repeating the affirmations,

Your morning mantras out loud or silently in your mind after me.

I am divinely beautiful.

Today I cherish my spirit with love and gratitude.

I radiate divine source of love and positivity.

I am divinely beautiful.

Today I cherish my spirit with love and gratitude.

I radiate divine source of love and positivity.

Breathe in deeply and exhale slowly,

Placing your palms gently over your heart,

Welcoming the divine love and beauty into your day and into your heart,

Embracing your beautiful inner presence,

Embracing the awareness of your pure being,

Awakening with divine love and gratitude,

And feeling the divine presence nourish every cell of your being.

Now relax your palms and express gratitude for all the blessings and the goodness in life,

Including yourself.

Now breathing in deeply and breathing out slowly,

Coming back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes to the world around you,

Feeling the beauty of your divine self.

Enjoy your day.
