Hello and welcome.
Welcome to Everything is Energy.
Gosh,
I am so thrilled and grateful to be sharing this message with you today.
I have to tell you what just happened before I sat down to record this broadcast.
I normally go into a meditative state for about 20 or 30 minutes just before recording so that I can really get clear and know what the messages are.
So I just did that.
I live in a little cottage and I went to go outside and finish my morning cup of tea.
I go outside and right beneath my foot as I'm stepping out the front door after this meditation with this message that's coming next is this little baby lizard.
I almost stepped on him.
I let out a little bit of a yelp because I was afraid that I was going to squish him and I didn't.
He stayed perfectly still and I turned around and I got down and I looked at him in the eyes and I somehow knew he was telling me that he was part of the message.
Spirit is just so perfect.
So I'll get to the lizard's message at the end of everything else that I felt called to share but I think you'll see how miraculous and perfect it is.
Everything always is.
So as I'm recording we're in Pluto retrograde season and actually Pluto is the first of a series of retrogrades that we're going to be starting to experience.
Excuse me.
Now Pluto retrogrades aren't rare.
They happen every year.
They happen for about five months a year.
But Pluto retrogrades depending on what's happening in the world,
Dot dot dot,
They can be the most powerful retrograde messages of all.
Here's why.
Here's why I think this is so super relevant for us right now as we're going through tremendous potential change and transformation on our planet.
Pluto is the smallest and slowest moving planet and I want to offer that it's got the biggest lessons for us in the 3D linear world that is ready for transformation.
Pluto itself is the planet of transformation,
The planet of death and rebirth.
So I invite you to think about how you've been taught to think of the things that are the smallest as compared to the thing that's the biggest.
Just in our general cultural realm,
I think you're coming to see what I'm pointing at.
There's an aspect of our society that really does teach us that the biggest is the best.
That's part of the reason why we've become so overgrown and unbalanced in certain ways is that particular frame of mind.
But deep down,
I think you can feel that you know that that's not true.
That the tiniest little thing can make the hugest difference.
There's a quote from the Dalai Lama that I'm not going to get right,
But he talks about if you think something small can't change the world,
Think about a mosquito in the middle of the night.
Not that we need to be mosquitoes,
But the idea that the smallest thing can have a massive impact.
I want to invite you to consider that Pluto might be telling you that that smallest thing is you.
On some level,
We know we're vast and powerful and on another level as we look out into the world and we truly want to support and create change.
Something's taught us that we're small,
That we're insignificant and Pluto's here to transform that.
Pluto's also the slowest moving planet.
And this is also so great.
What does our society teach us about things getting done quickly and moving quickly versus things moving slow?
There's a lot of value judgments for being lazy if we're not doing anything and for the speed of things,
The speed of the internet,
The speed of a job getting done,
The speed from which we can get from point A to point B.
And now check in with yourself again and notice what the deeper aspects of you might be reminding you of,
That everything has its natural timing and that things that move slowly and naturally move in the rhythms of the earth.
And sometimes the slowest moving thing is the most powerful.
So as we consider time and how time is even shifting,
How we're shifting in relation to time,
I want to invite you to consider that Pluto is reminding us in its retrograde not only simply to slow down,
But to consider the ways that we can rewrite the stories that are held deep within the fabric of ourselves and our culture.
What if we purposely chose to do things that were only in the natural rhythms of the world?
What if those things took extra long time compared to the instant gratification that we're so accustomed to?
How can we start to prepare ourselves to live that way?
So Pluto is in retrograde right now and it spends about,
I already said it,
It spends about five months a year in retrograde.
It's not uncommon,
But it's pointing us to revising,
Remembering,
Re-embodying.
I say re-embodying because this is the planet of death and rebirth.
This is the planet of powerful transformation.
With these two ideas of small and slow,
How can we receive the support of Pluto and re-embodying the vast power of being just the right size and moving at just the right pace?
I'm also getting something coming through right now saying it's not about you,
As if Spirit's also saying,
You are small and you are powerful,
But also remember it's not your ego.
And as we consider that it's not about us,
It's about the collective.
We get to release our ego and we get to step into trust and confidence in the whole,
In us being a very necessary part of a vast whole.
And as we consider re-embodying the power of our smallness,
Knowing that it's vast and the power of our own right timing,
That there is no rush.
That might sound strange for a lot of people.
That's okay.
That's also where I believe this message is not about you,
Why that came through.
As we seek to transform ourselves so as to transform our planet,
First we always know we get to love ourselves first.
And then we get to love everything and everyone enough that we don't need to care what they think about us.
We get to embody the energies and the principles and the truths that are our truth.
Another thing that Pluto is helping us to revisit,
Remember and re-embody is our story about light versus dark.
It's very easy to look around and see the chaos or the dark and to consider and invite the light in to rebalance that,
To keep it in balance.
It's good to remember that light and dark will always be in balance.
That's just a law of the universe.
It's also worth considering that everything is being rebirthed right now.
So as we look to our world and consider nothing untouched from these energies,
A,
We get to remember that we are a very important tiny part of this vastness.
And we get to choose.
Does that disempower us or does that empower us?
So cool.
Okay.
So that was the message that came through.
We'll get to the practice.
So then I opened my front door and stepped out and met this little lizard and the icing on the cake is the message of lizards.
They're survivors.
They're transformers.
They're not just transformers.
The lizards are so brave and showing us this capacity that's also within us.
Think about what happens when a lizard is escaping a predator.
If need be,
This lizard will lose its tail.
And not only will it lose its tail,
It will regrow it.
Regeneration.
And while we as humans don't currently believe things like that are possible for us,
Lizard is reminding us that anything's possible.
It's a matter of our beliefs.
What do we truly believe deep down is possible?
And lizard is also a light seeker.
Think about the times where we see them basking,
Taking in the rays,
The energies of the sun.
And we're going to be doing that in just a moment.
And the lizard is capable of moving fast,
But it's also very still.
Reminds us to be calm and to be still and not to waste our energy.
And if there's been anything happening on the planet in the years past,
We've been wasting a lot of energy.
Not just fossil fuels and lights being turned on and air conditioners being run,
But just our own energy the way we've been accepting the conditioning of running about.
So lizard is reminding us not to waste our energy.
And that we are able to not only recover what we've lost,
But to regenerate.
And there can be a little bit of sadness here.
This is why Pluto is just the perfect planet.
When we consider what we've lost,
It may feel like so much.
Whether it's the polar ice caps or a very special species of animal or our freedom to go out to dinner with our loved ones.
Lizard is reminding us that we can regenerate our world and it's even pointing to the vast human potential for generating anything and everything if we believe it.
All right,
So let's get to a practice.
For this practice,
If you can,
I invite you to go sit outside somewhere in the sunlight.
If you can't,
That's okay.
You can just imagine that you're outside connecting with the sun and not looking with open eyes at the sun.
Certainly don't do that.
But as you either find a comfortable place to sit or seated where you're at right now,
When you're sitting outside,
Close your eyes and lift your face to the sun.
Just like the lizards are showing us to do.
And this,
We're going to be sun gazing.
Sun gazing is keeping your eyes closed and from behind closed eyelids,
Looking at the sun,
Taking in its energy.
This has been documented scientifically to help with sleep patterns,
Help with serotonin levels.
So it's a very healthy thing to do in our 3D world and also for our energetic field.
Even I'm being shown the sun is being reborn as well as the earth is being reborn and father son and mother earth are both with us right now.
So as you gaze at the sun,
Connect to this new rebirthed energy.
It's as if the sun is able to communicate with us via light codes.
Oh,
So effectively now and forevermore.
And it does feel fatherly.
It feels supportive.
It feels wise.
Notice if the sun has any messages for you right now.
And now connecting to mother earth beneath us.
Find your energetic roots down through your base chakra,
Down into her soil.
Down down down.
All the layers of crystal and water and to her core of light.
Notice how it feels like coming home,
Connecting to mother earth from below,
Bringing her energy up through your energetic roots.
And just notice if mother earth has anything she wants to share with you.
I'm getting she wants us to know that all is being readjusted,
That she's here and she supports us in the unconditionally loving way that potentially only a mother could.
Notice if there's any other messages.
All right,
So we have father sun up above mother earth down below and here we are seated.
Bring the energy of the sun down through your head down into your heart.
Bring the energy of the earth up from your roots up through your legs up through your torso up into your heart.
This the most powerful place in our bodies,
Our heart.
This is where we,
Although singular,
Potentially small beings on this vast large planet have the potential to cultivate tremendous change with our heart.
So as these energies mix,
The sun and the earth mixing in your heart,
Add to it the light,
The flame,
The feeling of your gratitude for your heart.
Also your gratitude to the sun and your gratitude to the earth and feel how that exponentially,
It's almost like this pow ignites this vast field and expression of light.
And further out in the sky up above is Pluto watching over your rebirth,
Your re-embodiment.
And this is your birthright.
This connection to your heart,
This connection to the sun and the cosmos and the universe calling the energies down,
Only you as a human being have this consciousness to call and invite the energies of the sun into your body,
Into your field and to call and invite the energies of the earth up into your field to mix them in your heart and to add your gratitude for all of it,
For yourself,
For the sun,
For the earth.
And that's where this magical flash of light happens.
And notice if you can feel how perfect it is.
It's not about you and it is about you.
And also I'm getting the message that we don't need to do this at a hurried speed.
We get to take in the shifts that are happening every time we engage in this re-embodiment.
Potentially this as our birthright,
Our heart as our birthright and our ability to transmute energy.
And again,
Connect to the sun and keep calling that energy down into your field.
Your consciousness is the invitation for the sun to bring more of its energies down through you down into your heart and bring more of the energy of mother earth up through your field,
Up into your heart and feel that beautiful mixing,
That beautiful,
Perfect symbiotic balance.
And then your heart center being your most powerful center,
Activate it just by sending gratitude to yourself for being here,
To the sun and to the earth.
And again,
Feel that flash.
It's as if a wave of light comes from your heart and travels around the world in an instant.
And I'm just seeing all of these thousands of people as we contribute our energy,
Creating these flashes of light.
Let's do that two more times.
And now as you participate,
See if you can in your three more times.
I'm being told three more times.
See if you can participate.
Notice yourself sending out this flash of light and feel how quickly it travels around the earth and feel how it's meeting with all the other flashes and fields of light being sent out from everyone who's contributing their consciousness,
Their energy.
So connect with the sun and call more of the sun's energy down into your field.
Connect with the earth and invite more of her energies up into your field,
Both mixed at your heart.
Feel that dance,
That wonderful melding of those two energies,
And then add your gratitude for all of it,
For yourself as this conduit for the sun's energies nourishing us and for the earth's energies nourishing us.
And as you add that gratitude,
That's the catalyst that immediately sends this beautiful,
Huge flash of light out in all directions from your heart.
And it travels around the world,
Seeding the planet with light and it's meeting all the other fields and flashes of light.
It's as if we're like fireflies but in an energetic soup where the waves are just traveling out instantaneously.
The light travels around the planet.
Let's do this again.
All the energy from the sun down into your field by inviting the sun's energy,
You're able to harness more energy and invite the energy of earth up.
Let them mix in your heart and then add that flash,
That flame,
That feeling of gratitude for yourself for this practice,
For the sun and the earth.
And then just feel as you do that,
It activates this tremendous flash,
Wave of light that travels around the earth.
Wonderful.
One more time.
All the energies of the sun down into your field called the energies of the earth up,
The mix in your heart.
Feel how nourishing inviting both of those energies into your heart is in itself as a practice.
And then add your small but perfect and profound contribution,
The gratitude for all of it for you,
For the sun and for the earth and just let that light,
That flash of light activate within your heart and send this wave of light around the planet and just see how many other thousands of waves of light are traveling around the planet as well.
Wonderful.
So we're going to close with a little bit of humming for this practice to help us come back into our bodies and to help us ground down the energies.
And also I've just stumbled across some research that shows that humming is part of our body's natural immune system.
And the reaction of humming in our body,
Humming produces nitric oxide and nitric oxide is antiviral and humming produces nitric oxide right in the area of our throat and our chest and has everything to do with how we breathe.
So what we're going to do,
You're just going to breathe in and as you breathe out,
You're going to let out a soft hum.
And it's when you let out that hum that the amount of nitric oxide in your body triples,
Especially right around this respiratory area.
Gosh this is so cool.
I want to give props to Jonathan Goldman.
I'll put a link to.
I've been humming for the last eight weeks of my own instinct and I just realized why.
This is the high technology guys.
We are it.
We have everything we need to keep ourselves healthy and happy and to heal the planet.
So let's simultaneously come back into our bodies with this humming after that light heart practice and know that this humming is so nourishing and so cleansing and so healthy for ourselves.
Breathing in,
Keep your lips closed but as you breathe out,
Just hum aloud.
And see if you can feel how that active humming simultaneously grounds you back down and also energizes you.
Four more times,
Breathing in.
Wonderful taking a moment to pause and just feel the effects of all the practices that we've done.
Feel how the planet is lighter for your presence and for your contribution and feel how you are more balanced than ever for that practice of sending light and for this practice of humming coming into your body.
Breathing in and as you exhale,
Hum.
And just basking in all of the light and all of the wellness that's present right now.
Breathing in and as you exhale,
Hum.
Wonderful.
Gosh I'm feeling so much gratitude for all of you right now.
Just knowing that we've been almost positively impacted by the last several weeks events,
At least in this broadcast.
We're more motivated than ever to join together and we do feel the call to shift,
To transform.
Let's hum together one more time,
