Let's use this as an activation and let us set our attention today to be open and allow the sound to come into our auric field and get into the places that it needs to be.
Working out the old patterns that no longer serve us and bringing in all of the energies that are for our highest and greatest good.

I'm gonna play for about 45 minutes.
We're gonna just let the sound kind of kind of move with us.
I usually don't talk.
If I do get called by spirit to talk it's very short and normally close to that motivational side.

I may play some disharmonies today.

I have people have physical reactions when I play disharmony.
It gets into the nitty-gritty of your body and it mixes it up.
So if it's uncomfortable I ask you just to stay with me and just hang because it won't last longer than five minutes and at the end I'm gonna just end this on happy fairy-like tones and bring you back up into that beautiful space.

Right now we're in Delta brain waves which is our normal active everyday brain process.
I'm gonna bring us down into Theta which is what you have when you're doing deep meditation and it's where our body does most of our healing work,
Rapid healing work happens in Theta brain space.
So that's what we're gonna do today.
I'm gonna bring you down there,
We're gonna hang out,
We're gonna play with sounds and then I'm gonna bring you back up and at the end when I'm done playing we're gonna let the sound die out.
Just kind of listen to that in-between phase then I'll bring you back with a little bell and the sound of my voice.

Waking up the lower part of your body.

Meeting in the middle,
Allowing some of that energy to go up into your head and the rest of it to come down through your chest and to meet at your belly.
Allowing your body to fully be present and here,
Back in this 3D space.
