Breathe into that energy That word,

If you have a word for the ear And let it take shape inside you How does it feel in your body?

Let yourself see it As if you were already living that word,

That energy Right here,

Right now To feel divine The sacred lives in the ordinary In how you make tea How you listen Today,

Notice the small things The subtle ones Let them soften you Let them remind you That presence is the real portal To the divine There is no need to seek The sacred is already here In this moment In you Gently bring your awareness back to your body Inhale deeply through your nose And exhale slowly through your mouth Again,
