In this meditation, we turn toward the part of your body you find hardest to accept, not to fix it, but to listen to what it's been trying to tell you. After a grounding practice using all five senses, I guide you through a visualization where you speak directly to that body part and ask what it needs from you. We close with a gratitude practice that helps you build genuine gentleness toward your body, starting from wherever you are right now.
