In this guided meditation,
You will reach a profound state of relaxation through body sensations.
You only need to ensure you find a comfortable position and let go.
Once you do,
Very slowly take a deep breath.
Focus on how the air slowly enters your nose,
Filling up your lungs completely but gently.
Notice how wonderful is to take all of this air in,
Giving you life.
Slowly exhale and observe how the air comes out from your body,
Giving you a sense of release and deeper relaxation.
Take another deep breath,
And while you do,
Slowly close your eyes.
As you slowly exhale,
You feel as if you have lifted a weight off your shoulders.
It is a sensation of removing a heavy backpack after a very long hike.
You feel happy,
Out of no reason.
And you feel it is because you are giving time to yourself.
Take one more deep breath,
And while you do,
Feel a warm and cozy sensation.
This sensation fills up your lungs.
As you exhale,
Once more,
You feel as if you have unloaded beyond of what you thought you were carrying,
Liberating your subconscious from unnecessary baggage.
Now breathe normally,
And feel how much your body relaxed already.
For every breath you take in,
You notice this warm energy entering your body,
Growing more and more,
And filling you up completely.
Notice first your feet,
And realize that they feel very comfortable and warm.
And they do not feel like feet anymore,
But like pure energy.
You realize you are not your feet.
Feel your knees,
And your legs turning warmer and heavier.
They are so relaxed that you cannot move them,
Even if you tried.
In fact,
They start to feel almost like pure energy,
As if you didn't have legs at all.
This is because you are not your legs,
And you realize that you are not your torso either,
Hence feeling like pure energy as well.
Your entire lower body seems to be made of powerful,
Warm energy.
You feel a massive sense of gratitude filling up your heart completely.
Nothing matters anymore.
This is your sacred time,
And you are getting the most out from it.
This warm energy now focuses on the middle of the chest,
And you feel as if it started to inflate like a bubble.
Your entire torso area turns into pure warmth,
And a profound sense of love,
Detaching you from any physical sensations.
In fact,
You know you have arms and hands,
But you realize you are not these,
Because they turned into pure energy as well.
I'll give you a few moments to feel this.
You have a feeling as if you were completely surrounded by a powerful divine light,
As you can feel that your neck feels great,
And the muscles of your face are completely relaxed,
So much that your jaw is hanging.
You also realize that these feel like pure energy too,
Therefore you understand that you are not your neck nor your face.
You even feel your mind very relaxed,
And your thoughts flowing like a gentle stream,
And you know this well.
You are neither your thoughts.
You are the pure light of spirit,
A divine soul that is having an experience as a human being.
You feel in the middle of the heart that this comes as a sweet and gentle reminder.
You are luminous,
And you are pure,
And this is all you need to have right now.
Your physical body is being restored.
Your mind is being organized.
Your emotions are healing,
And your spirit is reuniting with the highest vibrational energies available.
Pure love,
Pure healing,
And pure understanding,
Where you have been able to let go completely and be free.
If anything tried to prevent this,
It just dissolves to a point that you do not even perceive it,
Only let go completely and allow yourself to have.
You only perceive one thing,
And this is love.
It feels like a warm coat surrounding you,
Completely protected,
And an awareness that everything will be alright.
I will give you some time to sit in this wonderful energy until I call you back.
You are renewed.
You are healed.
You are transformed.
From here,
You will move onward with great passion and joy.
It is time to bring back these divine energies to the physical plane and add this to your day to day living.
You only need to think about your body and how comfortable it is resting right now.
You may focus on the tip of your nose,
Or in the middle of the forehead.
If you have a preferred body part,
You may focus on that one instead.
As you do,
Take a deep breath,
Holding it for a few seconds,
And as you let go,
Keep visualizing this point,
How it feels physically.
Slowly,
Open and close your hands.
Gently move your feet,
And slowly move your neck.
Left,
Right,
Left,
Right.
Leave the room around you,
And the rest of your body.
Observe how you slowly go back to normal consciousness.
Take a deep breath,
And as you exhale,
Open your eyes.
Give yourself a few moments in this state of relaxation,
And afterwards,
Take some notes if you desire.
