This is a love and safety meditation.

Find a comfortable position seated or lying down.

As you start to find that space for you,

Start to notice.

Notice if there is any tension in the body.

Bring your attention to the areas where you notice any sensation.

Maybe there is some tension in the shoulders or back,

Perhaps the head or neck.

Start to try and release this with some small adjustments or allowing the mind to allow it to be there or just let it wash away.

Take a deep breath in through the nose into the belly and then slowly out through your nose.

Let's do that again.

Breathe in deep into the belly and then slowly exhale.

Then come back to some normal breathing,

Letting it flow naturally within the body.

With each exhale,

You are becoming more and more relaxed,

Dropping further and further into calm.

If thoughts come,

Just acknowledge them and then let them go with you.

Each time it comes,

Allow the exhale to wash this away.

Letting peace in that one moment of time,

This moment and the next.

Now,

I want you to imagine a place or a person that brings you calmness.

A little something that makes you feel at ease,

At home.

That essence of bliss and peace.

Whether this is something you have right now,

Have had or just can imagine.

Go there.

Be there.

Find that place or person in your mind and find the love and safety that it can bring for you.

It does not matter right now if that is in reach.

Just imagine that you are there in that safe space.

Imagine what it looks like,

What it feels like.

Right now,

Just for now.

Find that moment of safety,

Feeling of love.

Notice your body against the place you are resting.

See if you can feel any sensation or air flow up against you.

Any sounds that are going on around.

In the temperature that it brings,

Feeling of love as it flows through you and around you.

Where are you in this space?

Can you feel the warmth on your skin?

The softness of a smile.

The gentleness in your heart and the calmness in your mind.

Be here right now.

Feeling gratitude,

Feeling present in this safety.

Allow this to nourish you and take in what you need.

Feel the energy of joy and love that comes over you.

Allow this place or person just to bring a gentle flow of safety and love through your entire body.

Into your muscles,

Into the depth of your soul and inner mind.

Take a slow,

Deep breath to allow for a flow of bright,

Shining safety and love to fill up the rest of your body.

I am safe here and I am loved here right now in this space.

Knowing that this place is yours,

You can come back to this space whenever you need.

You can be here when you need this safety,

When you need to feel this moment of love.

It is yours.

It can fill up your heart.

This space is yours to come to relax,

To soften,

To heal and to energize.

Capture this moment,

Whatever you created,

Filling up with love that you deserve and that you are worthy of.

Breathe out and slowly exhale that you are safe.

Inhale love,

Exhale safety.

Remember what this feels like right now.

Have gratitude and hope to know you can always come back here to be and to experience yourself in this space or with this loved one.

Coming back to the breath now.

To really notice what you feel right now.

What is different?

Slowly come back to your surrounding.

What can you feel against your body now?

Make some small movements.

Maybe a little stretch or folded arm.

Hugging you.

Honoring what you have done.

Cultivating love and safety from the powerful imagination of what it is like to love and to be loved in this space.

Slowly open your eyes.

Take one last breath.

And live with love for as long as it continues to last from the residue of this moment.
