After nearly a decade serving as a Registered Nurse in the high-stakes world of Critical Care, Meg recognized a profound need for a bridge between the rigorous, clinical world of Western medicine and the intuitive, softer wisdom of Eastern wellness traditions. Through her coaching practice, and background as a yoga teacher, Meg uses guided meditation as a primary access point for clients seeking deeper self-awareness. She leverages her clinical "eyes" and her coach’s heart to help individuals move beyond the analytical mind and into a state of profound internal clarity. By blending physiological understanding with ancient mindfulness techniques, she guides her clients to navigate life’s transitions—including the most sacred ones—with a sense of grounded peace. At Flow State Health, Meg’s mission is to help people move out of survival mode and into the "flow state" of living. She believes that when we create a bridge between our physical health and our intuitive wisdom, we unlock the ability to live fully in the present. Meg is a dedicated advocate for the Maine wellness community, committed to helping her clients find dignity, awareness, and peace in every chapter of their journey.
