Activate Your Imagination Guided Sound Healing

With your next inhale,

Allow it to be clearing.

Maybe that clearing looks like a golden light moving through you,

Maybe it looks like the wind or an ocean breeze.

Allow it to be as unique as your imagination is.

Take a deep inhale of clearing.

And exhale,

Let it go.

And begin to turn your attention onto the pituitary and pineal gland.

That space between the brow,

Moving back to the center,

The skull,

The brain there.

And just allow your attention and intention to be pulsating on this space between the brows.

Using your breath to fuel this intention of presence,

That this iridescent rainbow represents wonder and creativity,

Childlike joy and vision.

And allow this light to begin to dance above the crown of the head,

On the top of the head and to the brain,

Neural pathways being restored,

Allowing you to see innovative solutions that otherwise you wouldn't be able to access.

Dropping that sparkling light down into the throat,

Into the internal organs and the belly,

Down into the hip space and the thighs,

Down the knees,

Into the shins,

Ankles and feet.

Knowing that you are divinely inspired by that cosmic vision and the illumination of your.
