You could allow them to come.

And as it becomes time to release them,

You might imagine that they are clouds drifting up,

And away from you into the skies as you watch them float away in the distance,

Like a dream that departs your consciousness for some time.

Feeling like a current in the waters of your deeper truth,

Allowing all muscles of the face to relax.

Relax your forehead,

The muscles surrounding your eyes.

Relax the jaw,

Waves cascading down over your neck,
