Hello there,
My name is Gus and this is a guided meditation to find peace and stillness.
Before we start,
Please make sure you are sitting in a room where absolutely nothing can disturb you.
This is your own time.
You are relaxed.
You are safe.
And you are completely at ease.
Remember that absolutely nothing is required from you now.
At your own home,
At your own room,
You are sitting in the control panel of your being.
And this is so relaxing.
You start to notice the position in which you are sitting.
You drift your attention completely to the weight of your body.
The pressure of the bed or the chair against your body.
You feel the weight of your body.
And as you do so,
You also notice the movements that your body makes as you breathe in and out.
Your body is such a perfect machine.
Everything happens in beautiful and amazing harmony.
You don't have to worry about anything.
Your breathing pattern always happens just like the waves in the ocean.
In and out.
As you pay attention to your breathing,
You visualize,
Sense and imagine this beautiful white cleansing light coming from the ceiling and penetrating the top of your head into your brain.
Clearing and cleansing the pathways.
Relaxing all the muscles in your head,
In your forehead,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw and your throat.
You notice that at this point in time,
You might relax completely and your jaw allows your mouth to open just a little bit.
This beautiful,
Strong relaxing light travels down into your chest,
Relaxing all the muscles in your chest,
Sliding through your arms,
Forearms,
Hands and fingers.
Your body is beautiful.
You start to let go even more and to trust even more.
You feel that intense,
Beautiful white light relaxing all the muscles in your back and traveling down into your lower back,
Hips,
Legs,
Knees.
You relax all the muscles in your calves as they brighten up with a white light.
You now completely let go as all the muscles in your feet also relax completely.
It's only you and your breathing now.
It's only you two sharing the consciousness.
It is only you two now.
As you bask in this beautiful feeling of peace,
You start noticing that thoughts will come and visit you.
Don't push them away.
It is a beautiful sign that your mind is active and healthy.
However,
There's no need for those thoughts at this present moment.
So you allow them to come in,
But you also allow them to go out with no attachments,
With no further dwelling on any of those thoughts.
Your body is so relaxed and your mind switches the attention from my voice to your breathing,
From my voice to your breathing.
Everything is peace.
Everything is peace.
This is your natural state.
This is who you really and truly are.
You are being of the light.
You are being of eternal peace.
Without interfering on your breathing,
Notice how cool you feel the air coming in through your nostrils,
Traveling up and then down your throat into your lungs.
Feel the freshness and the new beginnings.
Feel your strength and your power as your body creases its size when you breathe in.
And as you breathe out,
Feel that hot,
Intense air traveling out of you,
Clearing,
Cleansing,
Revitalizing you.
This moment,
It is all without you and you only.
Allow all of your fears,
Cares and concerns.
All of your worries and uncertainties.
Allow them to drift out of you.
Everything will be alright.
How many times in the past have things come into place?
They always do.
Let go of your willingness to control things that you cannot control.
You are in peace and you do your best.
The rest you just let go and breathe.
It is time to return.
To your awakened version.
So slowly take a nice deep breath in.
And as you breathe out,
You can start wiggling your toes.
Wiggle your fingers.
And one more time you breathe in.
And you breathe out slowly and deeply.
You are ready to return.
And to take every single experience that you go through today as only an experience.
And for the last time take a nice deep breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Open your eyes and you greet your reality.
