Every single time that we bring ourselves back to the present moment,
Back to the breath,
Or back to what we're seeing,
Or smelling,
Or tasting,
Or touching,
Or feeling.
And being with our emotions with courage and compassion.
Every time that we do that,
Every time we do those things,
Every time that we orient away from living in the past and the future.
And orient.
Towards reality,
Orient towards the present moment.
Every time that we do that,
And every time that we orient towards ease,
Every time that we meet these emotions within us that are ones that we may likely have run from or covered up for years every time that we meet them with courage and compassion.
Orienting constantly towards ease.

Our eyes are… are wonderful anchors.
They can help us stay in the present moment to remember it.
And every time that we do that.
It's like putting a drop of water in a vase,
And over time it just slowly fills up and we start to spend more time in the present moment.
