The next time you're feeling stressed and overwhelmed just take a minute to slow down Whether you're walking or eating it doesn't matter just take a minute to slow down and this is so important because when we're stressed and overwhelmed our thoughts and emotions tend to be all stirred up within us and That can draw us out of the present moment into fear into worry into uncertainty and confusion and it's by slowing down our bodies that we can slowly come back to the present moment and all of the peace and Empowerment that can be found there
