So let us take our attention to our heart centre and I wish you peace,

I wish for you this year that all your dreams and hopes,

Let us now together welcome in the new year,
2024,
A year of abundance,
A year for true new beginnings,
A year that will unfold in the perfect way.
All we are being asked to do is to remember,
I am heavenly harmony,
I am love,
I am abundance,
I am peace,
I am joy.
So just now begin to relax,
Allowing your body to relax,
Keeping your mind focused on connecting with the angel inside you,
For the angel inside you will guide you.
Breathing into your heart and as you breathe into your heart I invite you to breathe out down through your body,
Breathing into your heart and breathing down out into the soles of your feet,
Breathing into your heart and out through your feet as you connect with Mother Earth.
Continue to breathe in and out in your own rhythm but know as you do,
You are sending your love and your heart's desires down into the core of Mother Earth,

Feel or know that there is a beautiful ruby crystal and as you connect with the ruby crystal,
The ruby crystal is going to help you ground your dreams,
Your wishes,
Your desires for this year ahead,
For 2024.
Breathe in and up the vibration of the ruby crystal,
Breathe it up through your feet,
Breathe it up through your legs,
Breathe it up into the base of your spine,
Aligning to Mother Earth,
Grounding your wishes and desires as we cleanse,
Clear and align our base chakra.
Know that you have the right to be on this earth,
Know that you are an earth angel having a human experience,
Know that you have the right for your dreams and wishes to manifest this year ahead and every year.
The essence of the ruby up now to your navel,
Cleansing,
Clearing and aligning and letting go of any feelings held here that are not from your highest good and that are not in alignment with your divine design,
Your divine design of health,
Wealth,
Happiness,
Love and divine expression.
Breathing in and up now to your solar plexus and allowing this space to be cleansed and cleared,
Any mental fears,
Any thoughts that may be stored here,
Any beliefs that may be stored here again,
Let them go.
Allow the ruby to support you,
Allow Mother Earth to support you and you may now feel a sense of total groundedness,
Your legs,
Your feet,
Your hips,
You may feel very grounded and earthed,
Strong like a tree with deep roots.
Now from your heart centre,
I invite you to send up your love and light as you breathe out into the cosmos,
Up through your crown and breathe in and down through your crown,
Breathing in the love of your own starlight,
Your starlight will guide you home as you align to your star,
Your own star,
Follow your own light,
Be your own guru,
Be your own master,
Your own teacher,
Remembering you are divine as you breathe in the light down through your crown,
We cleanse,
Clear and align this chakra and affirm now,

Allowing your starlight now to go down into your third eye,

Clearing,
Underlining any false perceptions so you may see through the eyes of the angel inside you,
So you may see with love,
So you may see with bliss,
So you may see with peace and harmony,
Continue to breathe in and out and as you breathe in,
You are breathing in your starlight now down to your throat chakra and here with the intention of aligning to your own light,
Your own truth,
Your own integrity,
Affirming to yourself that this year you will speak your truth with love,

Your talents,
For you are a beautiful soul,
As we have cleansed,

We now move down to our heart,

Here is where the angel inside you dwells,
The voice of love,
The state of bliss,

Harmony,
