Our motivation should be grounded in a state of peace,
Compassion,
And understanding.
This is easy when we embody these qualities within ourselves.
Smiling is a way to send loving energy to yourself or to someone else.
We can smile at someone with our face,
But we can also smile the feeling of love from our heart.
Energy follows attention.
Whenever we smile to,
Loving energy follows.
This is also true for the thoughts that determine our feelings and for the feelings that trigger our actions.
Loving energy stimulates healing energy.
Sit comfortably.
Feel yourself supported by the floor and the chair,
And relax.
Check if you notice any tensions in your body,
In your face,
Jaw,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Upper body,
Hands,
Legs,
And feet.
Just let the tension flow out when you breathe out.
Focus your attention on your breath.
Feel how your breath comes and goes all by itself.
Is your body breathing slowly or fast,
Deeply or shallow?
Put on a half smile,
Like a Buddha or the Mona Lisa.
Notice how it supports your relaxing.
This is only possible in the present moment.
Now smile into your heart.
Have compassion with yourself.
If you're experiencing a crisis,
Just accept it and make peace with your emotions.
Now smile from your heart into the whole body.
Feel how friendliness and security spread everywhere.
Feel the peace that comes from it and become still.
Now think from a smile in your heart.
I allow myself to be free from suffering.
May I be at peace with myself.
Repeat gently as you inhale.
I allow myself to be free from suffering.
And when breathing out,
May I be at peace with myself.
This loving contact with yourself also allows you to feel complete and safe.
I allow myself to be free from suffering.
May I be at peace with myself.
Let the breath continue to flow naturally.
Any effort closes the heart.
Just feel your heart as a center of new tenderness and infinite compassion.
I allow myself to be free from suffering.
May I be at peace with myself.
Try to feel feelings of peace and patience with every breath.
In the vastness of being,
You can accept everything just as it is.
Just welcome the moment.
Later you can change your life situation.
Just accept what is there.
I allow myself to be free from suffering.
May I be at peace with myself.
Think of yourself with great tenderness.
Feel loving compassion and gratitude with every breath.
Feel the vastness of your true nature.
Allow the feeling of healing and well-being to spread throughout your body and mind.
Imagine embracing yourself with these gentle,
Healing words.
Now think of someone towards whom you feel warmth and kindness.
Maybe it is a friend or someone who has supported you.
Imagine him or her in your heart and being embraced by your smile.
With every breath whisper to him or her,
May you be free from suffering.
May you live happily and in peace.
Think of the person with every in-breath.
May you be free from suffering.
And think with every out-breath,
May you live happily and in peace.
May you be free from suffering.
May you live happily and in peace.
Breathe gently and lovingly into your heart.
Feel the wish from your heart that the person may feel happy and complete.
May you be free from suffering.
May you live happily and in peace.
Smile with love,
Compassion,
And care in and through your heart.
Just as you felt the person in your heart,
Imagine the whole world to be there.
The whole planet is floating like a soap bubble in the ocean of your heart.
Embrace all beings and the world with your smile,
With compassion and good wishes.
And remember,
Just as I want to be happy,
All beings want to be happy.
Smile with every breath into the depth of your heart and think,
May all beings be free from suffering.
May all beings live together in peace and harmony.
With each breath,
You smile love and compassion on the world,
Healing it and creating the peace we all desire.
May all beings be happy,
Healthy,
And feel complete.
May all beings live together in peace and harmony.
May all living beings feel safe and free from fear.
May all beings recognize their true nature and be free from suffering.
Each breath nourishes the world with love and mercy,
With warmth and patience.
This calms our mind and opens our heart.
May all beings be free from suffering and live together in peace and harmony.
