Welcome to this new day.

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down,

And allow your body to sink in.

Let your breath begin to slow and settle.

Take a slow,

Steady inhale through your nose,

And a gentle exhale through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale calm.

Exhale ease.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a quiet forest just after sunrise.

The air is crisp,

Fresh,

And filled with possibility.

Soft,

Golden light filters through the trees,

Warming your skin.

Everything is still,

Peaceful.

You are completely safe here.

With each breath,

Feel yourself stepping further into this space.

The forest path beneath your feet is soft and inviting.

The scent of pine,

Earth,

And new beginnings surrounds you.

This is a place of clarity and renewal.

As you walk slowly,

The sun rises a little higher and its warmth touches your face.

You feel light,

Grounded and refreshed,

Like the day itself is offering you a clean slate.

Now,

Ahead of you,

There is a small clearing bathed in light.

You step into it and pause,

Letting yourself fully arrive.

Take a moment here to breathe in the morning light.

As you do,

Gently bring to mind one thing you're grateful for.

It might be a person,

A moment,

Or simply the gift of today.

Let that feeling of gratitude glow like sunlight in your chest.

Warm,

Steady,

Expansive.

As you stand in this clearing,

Feel a soft breeze pass through,

A whisper of calm brushing away any lingering worry or tension.

You are clear.

Begin to return to your body now,

Notice your breath again.

Notice the space around you.
