Getting ready for your day,
Or maybe on a walk.
I choose to embrace my inner child without shame or guilt.
I am embracing who I am.
I choose to listen to the needs of my inner child.
I choose to turn inward and grow.
As I look inward,
I move with self-love.
My trauma is not my fault,
And my healing is my responsibility.
I make peace with my past for betterment of my present and my future.
I am the only person that needs to validate my feelings.
I respect the feelings of all versions of myself.
I choose to forgive myself and others.
The more I let go,
The more free that I feel.

I choose to reparent myself the way I deserve.
I am wise and I handle myself with care.

My healing has no timeline.
The love that I have for myself is unconditional.
I choose to remove all bounds toward self-love.
I do not need to rush my healing process.
