Do you wake during the night and have problems getting back to sleep? This track will guide you back down into sleep using gentle suggestions and background music. Simple press play, take a deep breath, close your eyes and drift down into gentle, natural sleep.

Get back into a comfortable sleeping position.
Gently move your body until you're perfectly comfortable.
You are already halfway to sleep.
It's simple now just to let go.
As I say the words feet and toes,
You can imagine that your feet and toes are falling asleep.
Notice the change in sensation as you allow your feet and toes to fall asleep.
Move that falling asleep sensation into your calves.
The calf muscles and the legs are falling asleep.
Your thighs are falling asleep.
Sleeping deeply.
Sleeping deeply.
And you notice your stomach.
The gentle rhythmic movement of your stomach as you breathe.
And even though the movement continues,
Your stomach is falling asleep.
The muscles in your back are switching off and falling asleep.
You're feeling warm and comfortable,
Safe and secure.
Your hands and fingers are falling asleep.
Your lower arms and elbows are falling asleep.
Your upper arms and shoulders are falling asleep.
Comfortable,
Warm,
And that wonderful feeling that there's nothing for you to do.
Nothing for you to do except to listen to the sound of my voice.
The sound of my voice that's helping you to drift deeper and deeper asleep.
Deeper and deeper asleep.
Your neck is falling asleep.
Your jaw and mouth are tough.
Comfortable,
Asleep.
Your cheeks and eyes,
Forehead and scalp relaxed.
You're drifting deeper and deeper.
