Take a deep breath in.

Breath out and relax.
Into a nice and relaxed state.
Deep breath in and out.
Diving into this moment of stillness.
You can feel your body slowing down.
Becoming still.
Finding its relaxed pose.
You can hear the sounds of this meditation in the background music,
My voice.
Now you can feel the breath in your body.
You can feel the breath in your body.
Observing the silence between your thoughts.
Allowing the silence to become a little bit bigger.
Every time you come back to this moment.
You find one place in your body that feels really nice and relaxed.
Where is the most pleasant place in your body?
Just feeling this place.
Enjoying this relaxement.
This place of the body.
Just feel this place.
Just enjoy it.
It is ok to enjoy.
Then allow this pleasant relaxing of this place to spread.
Allow it to spread out some more places in your body.
And allow it to spread all over your body.
Feeling pleasant relaxing in the whole body.
Just enjoy.
Enjoy being here in this moment.
Being with your body.
Allowing the body to enjoy.
Just relaxing.
And it is relaxing for the body and cells as much as it is a recharging and rebuilding healing of your body.
Smiling about the experience of your body.
And you can enjoy this being for a moment with your body.
And allow your body to rebuild and heal.
Allowing your mind to rebalance and relax with your loving attention.
