Welcome to meditation session number five.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
You can use your own words or follow along this.
Now I allow myself to set out the world aside and use this time for gaining focus,
Clarity and recharging.
Now I am doing meditation.

Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.
And just become aware of your experience right now.
Just become aware of the room you are in.
Become aware of the sounds you are experiencing right now.
And become aware of your body,
Your breath.
Become aware of any emotion that is in your body.
And allow yourself just to observe.
No need to change anything.
For now just observe.
Then allow your body to feel just as it feels.
And allow your state to be just as it is.
And observe yourself.
See yourself.
And see if there is any emotion that you resist.
And see if you can allow yourself to feel.
And the thing is that you usually maybe resist yourself to feel.
Right now everything is ok.
Everything is ok to feel.
No need to change.
The only thing you are doing is to being with yourself.
Seeing yourself.
And at the same time become the observer and still allowing all feelings and emotions to be there.
Letting your feelings play out.
Do you notice any tendency to resist or push away or hold on to?
And see if you can focus on just allowing the emotions to be.
Sometimes the emotion can be a little bit shy.
See if you can gently allow them.
Allowing everything to be just as it is.
You are not resisting anything.
You are allowing.
Allowing the emotion to be.
And when you find an emotion just be with it.
Embrace it.
Say thank you.
You showed yourself.
And then give it a mental hug inside yourself.
What emotions is there?
Just see it.
Just be with it.
And give it a mental hug inside you.
And you are not holding on to.
If something passes you also let it go.
You know that everything is change.
Things will come and things will go.
And then bemuffled to show the courage of everything.
And you are here,
Witnessing life as it goes by.
And it was this moment in time,
In this universe.
And that's the beauty of it.
And then just silence.
Gently,
Gently,
Begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
And before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths.
And fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.
For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And for every time you do these meditations,
The effect will be greater.
And it will be easier and easier for you to relax into a mindful state.
Both inside the meditation and also in your daily life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.
And get ready to continue the refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
