Today we will do a simple exercise, stop for a moment to savor the joy from our loving relationships. Just coming back to enjoy the emotions of love and gratefulness in our bodies. The more we practice savoring these emotions the easier it is to feel them again. Whatever emotions that come up are also welcome, just allow the experience to be then gently guide yourself towards loving-kindness. Feel free to lay down or choose a position that works well for you.

Welcome to meditation,

Session 48.

Before we start let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

If there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

And say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breathe out and relax.

Coming to a nice and relaxed state.

Giving your mind and body a little bit of time to tune in to the meditative state of observing the moment.

Finding your experience in this moment.

Feeling your way back to the sensation of your body.

Feeling your breath.

Taking a little moment to see if there is any thoughts in your mind or if you carry something with you into this meditation.

Then give it no extra energy.

Just allowing it to be or to slowly fade away.

If you want to,

Think of one person in your life.

That you feel strong love for.

And just focus on your loving towards this person.

Your gratefulness that you have and time in your life to spend with this person.

And go into this loving emotion.

And just sit a little bit in this emotion and savor the experience of having love for another being.

And maybe you want to stay with this person or you also want to think about some other persons that you feel love towards or gratefulness that you have been able to meet in your life.

And you can land in your heart.

And come back to thankfulness and gratefulness.

Thank you for these wonderful experiences with this person or persons.

If you want to you can continue savoring these emotions.

Or you can just let go and relax and enjoy just being here in this moment.

And gently,

Gently,

Begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back more and more,

Be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

Before you rejoin your day take a few deep breaths.

And fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.

For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed this gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.

Feeling it ready to continue the refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.
