Good morning!
Welcome to this beautiful day full of new opportunities and possibilities.
If you are ready to manifest an abundant day,
Let's begin.
Please find a comfortable position.
I would suggest you to sit on your bed,
On the chair,
Or on the floor.
The key to manifesting an abundant and successful day is to set an intention for how you want your day to unfold.
In this meditation,
We'll be going through a quick breath work,
Some visualization,
And a gratitude practice.
Now,
Bring your attention to this moment by becoming aware of any sound that you can hear in your room,
Or just in your environment.
Becoming more and more curious about the sounds entering your ears.
Now,
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Simply notice the quality of your breath.
Ask yourself,
Am I breathing fast and shallow or slow and deep?
Without any judgment,
Just be aware of how you are breathing at this moment.
Now,
Inhale from your nose on 1,
2,
3,
4.
Exhale through your mouth on 1,
2,
3,
4.
Inhale,
2,
3,
4.
Exhale,
2,
3,
4.
Inhale,
Keep on repeating the same pattern,
Inhaling for 4,
And exhaling for 4.
When you exhale,
Relax your whole body.
Now,
Think about two things that you are excited about today.
Now,
Visualize your day unfolding in front of you.
See yourself going through the morning,
Accomplishing your tasks or any to-do list.
You are feeling happy.
Moving into the afternoon,
Your lunch break,
Or maybe taking a few mindful moments.
You feel your days going smooth and you're feeling great.
As the light begins to fade and embraces the dark,
You're getting ready for your evening routine.
Doing all the necessary things to get ready for another successful and abundant day.
Before you go to bed,
You feel accomplished for this day.
Now,
Coming out of your visualization,
Take a moment to be grateful as you begin your day.
Think about any three things that you are grateful for one by one.
Instead of thinking,
Try to feel these emotions of gratitude and this abundance in your life.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Get excited for this day.
It's a treat and you're fortunate to be experiencing it.
Namaste.
