Welcome.
My name is Gus and this is a guided meditation to allow you to reconnect yourself with your inner peace,
Your tranquility and all of the positive things that you naturally carry within yourself.
Before we start this practice,
I would like to remind you and ask please let go of all and any expectations that you might have about this particular experience.
Reminding yourself that meditation is always an act of sitting down with yourself and letting go of all of your worries,
Cares and concerns.
There is no good or bad meditation practice.
There is only the practice.
Asking you now to ensure that all of your devices are turned off in a way that you are not going to be disturbed for the duration of this meditation.
As your clothes arise and you breathe in fully,
I invite you to feel the lightness of your breath.
In big deep breaths,
Feeling the air traveling in through your nostrils,
Down,
All the way down into your lungs,
Feeling your whole body at once moving as you breathe in and out,
In and out.
And as you do so,
You feel every single body movement.
You feel the rise and the fall of your chest.
You feel your heartbeat.
You feel your belly movements and the weight of your body against the bed or the chair.
Focusing on the area of contact of your body with the surface that you are sitting or lying on.
You start to let go of time and let go of all of the physicality around you.
You are in a timeless and spaceless being reality,
Surrounded and filled with light,
Pure white protective light.
You are so in peace with yourself.
You are so at ease.
So in connection with your body and your present moment,
I invite you to visualize,
Sense and imagine yourself in a beautiful,
Vast and tropical forest.
You walk,
Feeling your feet touching the earth.
As you breathe out,
You allow as you walk and as your feet touch the fresh soil to let go of all your cares and concerns,
Melting down,
Down through your body,
Down through your feet into the earth.
You are allowing all of these negative thoughts,
Stress,
Worries and expectations about the world to just naturally melt down,
Sliding down into the earth to be made formless and harmless as you walk,
As you breathe.
As this whole process happens naturally and effortlessly,
You touch the trees around you,
The leaves and the flowers.
You let yourself be amazed by this forest,
The freshness of the air,
The coolness of the soil.
You are nature.
The journey is easy.
The journey is exciting and inviting.
As you walk through this place there asks absolutely nothing from you.
It is your space,
Your forest.
You are deeply connected to this forest,
Grounding yourself into the soil,
Grounding yourself into the womb of Mother Earth,
Allowing yourself to settle more and more,
To belong,
To truly belong.
And as you feel yourself in perfect form,
Perfect synchronicity with nature,
You look forward,
Seeing the sun peering through the tall trees.
You see a hill,
So inviting and magnificent.
Nature has the power to put our lives,
Our problems and our thoughts into perspective.
You want to climb that hill.
You are not tired but fully energized.
You feel your legs grounded into the earth,
So strong,
So agile.
You take a deep breath in,
Uniting yourself with the freshness and the beauty of this forest.
And you start to rise,
Step by step,
Up the hill.
You look around.
What do you see?
Do you see all the mountains?
Do you see the sea?
Do you see vast fields of fresh green grass?
What do you see as you climb?
You are no longer surrounded by thick forest.
You can only see that you are walking towards a perfectly blue sky.
In all of your surroundings is this beautiful scene.
And you keep moving upwards,
And upwards.
Every single step you take allows you to feel lighter and lighter,
Reflected by every single breath out that you take,
Letting go of heaviness,
Rising You are approaching the top of this mountain.
Feel yourself reaching the plateau,
The very end of this ascending journey.
And that is when you see.
As you reach the edge,
You walk forward a little bit more.
And you notice that right under,
Hidden,
In the edge of this mountain,
There is a small,
Cosy cave.
But not a regular cave.
It is a cave made of pure rose quartz.
The sun is just touching the crystal.
And you can see the shimmering of light recharging,
Cleansing the cave.
As you walk into the cave,
You can see a very smooth seat also made of rose quartz.
You didn't know when you were surprised by how comforting and smooth a stone store can be.
It is a very comfortable seat,
Surrounded by these rose quartz.
Overlooking the most beautiful scenery.
Such a view,
Such a cosy,
Blessed,
Energised environment.
What view do you have?
Are you overlooking the endless of the oceans?
Are you overlooking the liveliness of tropical forests?
Or the endless calmness of the river?
It is your scenery.
Your private rose quartz cave.
As you look over this beauty of nature,
You realise a sense of peace going strongly inside you.
The rose quartz transmits this marvellous peace and protection.
Centering yourself within yourself.
Bringing you back into yourself.
Forward into the future self.
You are perfectly placed in the here and now.
The stone around you,
The massive and massive amount of crystal that surrounds you,
Completely,
Truly and fully cleanses you right now.
Rebalancing your auric field.
Protecting,
Guiding.
As you breathe in,
You breathe out the last bit.
The last peace.
The last energetic cloud of everything and anything that no longer serves you.
And yes,
You are right.
You can see your guardian angel.
You can see your spiritual guardian,
Your spiritual friend.
That one that has never left your side.
There,
In the cave with you.
So proud of you.
Take a moment to allow their presence to be noticed.
There is no judgement,
Only feeling.
As they place both of their hands in your heart chakra,
You can finally see them close,
Very close to you.
Looking deep into your eyes,
They say,
Congratulations.
You have broken so many barriers.
You have undergone so many trials.
All for the purpose of learning,
Ascending,
Descending.
I am proud of you and I would like for you to be proud of yourself too.
Trust.
I am with you and I am here to remind you of all the battles which you have won.
I am here to remind you of your inner strength.
I am here to remind you that it does not look.
It does not look any bad as you sometimes see.
And as they say so,
You can feel a strong yet powerful influx of pink and green light into your heart chakra.
You breathe in fully and feel this influx of light into your heart chakra.
What a beautiful sensation.
What a beautiful moment.
He was so blessed.
Taking one breath and one last look around and taking everything in.
The powerful crystal cave,
The encounter with your angel and the memories of the battles which you have won.
Just like the brave warrior that you are.
Allowing yourself to slowly return into the room that you are in.
Bringing all that with you.
Moving your toes and your fingers.
Slowly returning now.
Allow your body to do whatever it feels like.
Stretching,
Rolling,
Yawning.
You are back.
You are recharged.
And you are ready.
