To get started,
Please sit comfortably on the floor and remember,
Just relax.
There's no need to push yourself more than you are comfortable.
In this moment,
Just breathe normally.
Allow yourself to know and realize how you feel under normal breathing and as you're breathing normally.
Just slowly,
Ever so slightly,
Let your breath become deeper and deeper over time.
Now start to breathe deeply through your nose focusing on the sensation of the air moving in and out of your body.
A deep breath in through your nose.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
And out.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Now breathe normally and just see how you feel.
Feel yourself relax even more.
Just breathe.
Now we're going to move into humming bee breath.
So gently close your ears with the tips of your fingers.
Remember to do this gently.
And as you close your ears,
Ever so gently,
You're going to be making a humming sound quietly.
Just enough until you feel a vibration,
A prolonged,
Slow vibration.
As you're breathing out.
So breathe in deeply and normally,
Feeling your lungs completely through your nose and breathe out slowly as you make a gentle hum.
We're going to be doing this breath five times.
Six second breathe in,
Twelve second breathe out.
So breathe in one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Now exhale slowly while making the vibration.
One,

The next breathing exercise,
We'll be constricting our throats and making a hissing sound.
As you inhale and exhale,
Then we will hold the breath,
Then we will let it out.
We will breathe in for six seconds,
Hold for twelve,
And let out for six.
All while doing this hissing noise.
Slightly constricting our throat to create this hissing sound.
But relaxing our face,
Relaxing our nostrils,
Keeping our mouth and lips shut,
And keeping our tongue on our palate.
As we inhale slowly with hissing sound,
And exhale slowly with hissing sound.
Inhale one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Hold one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten,

Twelve.
Out one,

Now we will be rolling our tongue into a tube shape and inhaling through our mouth.
And as we inhale through our mouth,
We fill up our lungs completely,
Noticing the cooling sensation that is going through our mouth,
Our body,
As we exhale.
And as we exhale,
We will close our mouth and exhale through our nose.
So now,
Roll your tongue into a tube and breathe in one,

Six.
Now breathe out one,

Which is diaphragmatic breathing,
Which will be laying on the ground.
So just lay on the ground with your knees bent and your feet close to your hips.
Now place one hand lightly on your stomach and inhale slowly and gradually.
While you feel your stomach expand,
Then you will exhale,
Feeling your stomach going in.
Keep your other hand at the side,
Just relaxed,
Allowing yourself to calm down.
We'll be doing this five times,
Five seconds in and five seconds out.
So now breathe in one,
